We liked the location. Close to everything, espicailly at night to walk the alleys around pantheon and navona areas. Room was extremely clean and fresh towels every day. Air condioner was graet if traveling when hot. Elavtor worked. Yeah.
Friendly staff. Good location at Piazza Navone. Nice clean room.
Check out 10.00 is quite early
fantastic location - walked everywhere; friendly helpful staff offered lots of suggestions for sightseeing and eating. No problems with internet or hot water. The staff booked a driver to pick us up at the airport and deliver us to the hotel...would definitely recommend this option. The bar downstairs was a great place for breakfast. Very clean, modern rooms and bathrooms. No problem w/ noise levels in other rooms, but the bar below did get noisy on a Friday night when the patrons overflowed onto the street. It was fun, though. Great place to grab a drink and spill out onto the streets with everyone else. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others. Great value based on location, facilities, and staff.
The hotel was located right off the Piazza Novonna and near lots of restaurants. - a great location. The hotel was really clean and had all the amenities. This was a great place to stay for our one night stay in Rome.
Staff very helpful Very clean Excellent location Free drinks in room frig
Only thing that could have been a little better was the attitude of one lady at the breakfast cafe.
The was the best stay ever in Rome the staff were so helpful as well as the owner. The rooms were big but most of all so so clean and location was so near to all the sites so stay here and you won't be disappointed.
GREAT location, huge room, free toiletries, helpful staff
Poor lighting in room, breakfast was a single croissant at the downstairs cafe
The receptionist was so friendly and gave us load of advice on where to go, eat and how to get there. The room was modern, spotlessly clean with a good shower! we also got tea and coffee (a first in Italy although we did have to get milk.) The location is perfect we walked to every tourist spot in Rome nothing is more than a 25 minute walk away. The location of B&B was in the Piazza Navona which was a bustling square which we loved! One of the friendliest places we stayed in Italy defo recommend.
On a Friday and Saturday it was quite noisy, as you are on a busy bustling street with lots of restaurants and shops, didn't bother my boyfriend at all but took me a while to get to sleep. however on a week night it was quiet.
Everything about the hotel!
The manager, cleanliness
Great location, friendliness of everyone from the owners to the cleaners, service and attention to details (fridge full of drinks and coffee and tea making facilities). A true hidden gem.
My friend is an art director and said that the only thing she found to make a comment about was that the picture should have been centred on the wall...so I'd say we were pretty happy.
Very, very clean. Located on one of those cobblestone streets that you dream of. Free morning latte and pastry at bakery right next door was nice. A/C awesome. Soundproof windows. Unbeatable location, you can easily walk anywhere except Colosseum. Taxi is cheap. Endless stream of family owned restaurants serving delicious food right outside the door which was great for late late night outside dining.
Beds are rock hard, however we were so tired each night that we still slept like babies. Maid service was odd. Returned from our first day to find all of our toiletries(and we had a lot)moved from bathroom to room windowsill and clothes that were on chairs were folded and placed in closet. Second day, same thing. Finally requested to only have bed made and fresh towels. Third day, same thing except toiletries remained untouched. Went to grab my purse which I had tossed in the corner at arrival and panicked as it was missing, only to find it placed on the top shelf of closet. Asked for toilet paper on 3rd day, never got it. 4th and last day, my husband left room in morning passing owner at counter, returned as he forgot something (owner not at counter), shortly owner lets himself in our room and was surprised to see my husband, he apoligized and left. I was showering, my husband stayed because the whole thing was creepy.
Remined me of the I Love Lucy episode in Italy with the broken elevator. Rooms were on the 5th Floor and the 2 person elevator was out of order most of the time. Tough on the legs after a day of siteseeing.
Excellent location. Close to restaurants and Piazza Navone
Located in centre of old town, Close to Piazza Navone, they have created a nice place to stay. Clean facilities, and wonderful staff working for you. My second stay here, not my last.
Attentive staff with private rooms and very clean. Location was great and building was safe and secure.
Great room, but views were limited due to surround buildings.
The B&B was amazing! The room was spotless. The people were so so so helpful. The room was sound proof. Very very important ... the hotel's location was CENTRAL to all the sights we planned to see. We were walking distance from everything. And I would stay there again in a heartbeat. If you decide to stay there, make sure to allow them to book a taxi from the airport or train station to get you there. We did this and it made arriving at our first stop so relaxing.
The only thing I wish they had is better signage on the building. However the taxi driver found it with no problem. Better signage for the elevator. We walked up two flights before we realized the door over in the corner was the elevator.
The rooms were vey nice and modern. Fun view. The staff was very helpful.
While the location is good, the only bad thing is that taxis and cars tecnically can't drive up the street, therefore we had to walk a bit with our luggage. Also, there are stairs that you must take to get to the hotel, but the staff helped carrying the suitcases so that was greatly appreciated.
Great location, great staff, great modern room, very clean
international travel adapter would have been nice, but not really the hotel's problem.....
Location really good, nearly all the sights you may want to see are walkable in 20 25 mins. Room very comfortable and very clean and tidy look, with free drinks in the fridge on arrival. Aircon useful and necessary during our visit. Servicing of the room very good. Staff all friendly and helpful. Helped organise taxi to/from airport which arrived both times just when promised. Popular street corner appeal to younger local crowd. Not rowdy however. Not dislikes, but notes: If you have mobility problems there are a flight of stairs at either end of the journey by lift. If you want a quiet time, note that there are quite a few bars and restaurants nearby that means there is some noise from the street, and is popular close by with the younger local crowd at the weekend. This didn't bother us as we expected it to an extent. Double glazed windows kept the bulk of the noise out. Noticeably quieter on Sunday night. Overall would return to this B&B again without hesitation.
Location, cleanliness, staff, services, helpfulness, all easily met the standard of excellence, would stay there again.
Would like to have had a couple of TV channels in English, maybe there were and I just was not accessing them correctly. Anyway this was minor stuff.
The location and the rooms . The staff was good :)
The noise from the street .
Everything was wonderful, the owners are very nice, the location it is the best, the perfect place to stay in Rome.
Location. Very clean. Safe box. Bathroom with toilet. Wifi. Having airport transportation.
Bed not real comfortable. Could be kinda loud late night but nothing to bad and your gonna get that with the location. Elevator was broke so walking up the stairs got old.
Great service. Very clean and well maintained.
Access from street to fourth floor with bagage is difficult, also must pass by trash by front door.
