The owner is friendly and polite. Real entrance is at the back side of the street. Not easy to find - No sign. Feeling locked-in for we have no view outside. Windows are kept closed for it is not safe to open the windows to the street. Our bedroom are next to the pavement and the back street. Very poor breakfast. This is far too expensive for Bed and Breakfast. Wrong choice we made. Only one woman staff who cannot speak English. It is not even close to good swimming beach area which is yet another 3-5 km. drive away. If it is just for a seaside walk then it is ok. |

Owner spoke good english and was kind and welcoming. Room ("Iris") was tidy and large enough for our family of four, and had it's own refridgerator. The breakfast was simple. La Papaya was a bit hard to locate, since the signs were tiny, and it really was on a parallel street than what was said as the address. |

Good value for money, the staff very friendly, helpful and flexible The rooms were cold at night (but we got extra blankets though). There could be a bit more variety in breakfast |

Everything was great! The only table for the hotel is a small (30 x 20 cm) table above the intercom. You have just to believe your navigation and go there. |

Super friendly, family run business. Small, quaint property that was extremely clean and very well located. Hosts went beyond the extra mile to make sure our stay was satisfactory, and did everything they could for us. Even though we did not speak Italian they made our stay feel very comfotable, safe, and appreciated. We will certainly be back and will recommend this B&B to everyone!!!! |

Heel nieuwe complex, schoon, gunstige ligging op 20 autominuten van het vliegveld van Pisa, gastvrije eigenaar. Bij aankomt was er niemand aanwezig op het adres dat op deze site stond en stonden we voor een gesloten deur. Er was echter ook een andere locatie waar zich nog 4 kamers bevonden, een straat verderop. Dankzij een behulpzame meneer hebben we die uiteindelijk gevonden. (Eigenaar runt ook Gastronomia Manzi, in dezelfde straat - misschien handig om te weten, mocht je ook niemand treffen.) |
