The location is excellent. We had a room in the upper floor of the Smeraldo annex of the hotel and the view of the lake was beautiful. The rural decor of the rooms is of very good taste. The bathroom facilites are ample, modern and very functional. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The chamber service (cleaning, etc.) could be improved. |

Comfortable. Good wifi, parking on site. Disappointed that the hotel does not retain enough tables to satisfy dinner needs of guests - we were told the restaurant was full for dinner the night we stayed. |

Nothing, it was a waste of money Do not stay at this hotel.! We were there in mid august and the receptionist ( who was the one nice member of staff along with cleaning ladies) was fielding a lot of complaints. We had numerous power cuts. Air con not working for 2 days 98degrees temp. The hotel was run for the convenience of the staff and guests are treated with contempt. One cannot eat outside on the terrace at night the view of the lake is very pretty but one is denied that as tables are too much hassle for the staff to lay. Barman at lake side bar is rude and said there was no bacardi he just did not want to break a sweat reaching up for the 1/2 full bottle. Where was the manger? He/she obviously has no pride as do his team. The dining room staff were beyond rude! |

The rooms were cleaned everyday, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a huge range to choose from. The Hotel is situated in a very good position - close to the castle, with it's shops, bars and restuarants. It also has a private lakeside area. No - it was perfect for us. |

We celebrated our golden wedding with the whole family (13 pers.) and appreciated the very warm welcome and care during our stay.the grandchildren loved the pool. The proximity to the old city/shops was a great asset as was the bus stop at 2 min walk. We had the impression they were understaffed to serve the dinner. |

Very good location on the lake Garda. Immediate access to the beach, enough beach sunchairs, good pool inside the hotel and closed from the road. If you are only BB customer it would be great to have opportunity to order lunch or dinner on the same day vs ordering it the day before. |

What did we like? The walks to the Island, walks along the lake, spotting birds, lizards, frogs , fish and snakes. The ice cream , wine and the weather. The staff were very friendly . What we did not like? If you are looking for things that you do not like you can find them. For us the Hotel was just right. I have NO reason to post any complaints. Other than my stay was not longer. |

Proximity to Lake Both rooms we booked - one had been used as a smoking room and the second was next to the lift and air conditioning unit which made the room very noisy |

Make sure you get what you reserve. Room description overlooking the lake is a joke. I was told at the hotel my room overlooks the lake but in fact it was overlooking the parking lot. If you turn your head 90 degress in the balcony, you might see a glimpse of the lake within the trees. It is a joke. |

Sirimione is very beautiful and a great place to stay the hotel is 5 min to the castle and has a great view of the lake. The bed was 2 singles pushed together which would come apart in the night but apart from that was without fault. |

Tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. Comfortable armchairs/sofa would have been good. No information of the hotel or surrounding areas in the rooms. Breakfast time we only saw one waiter. He was rushed of his feet: cleaning tables, fixing drinks machine, placing more food on trays. |

Staff was helpful, and overall hotel was very pretty. The pool was nice, but small. The beach at the Hotel LaPaul was nice. Location is good. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, we did not sleep well at all. Breakfast was sparse and exactly the same day after day. Dinner was good, but served very late 7:30pm (too late for our kids) and the kids menu was the exact same every night. We thought we were staying at the main hotel, but were put in the annex instead, which is a lesser hotelin every way. |

I asked for a non-smoking room at the moment of my reservation. There was a lot of room available, so why did the staff let me to stay at a smoking room? |
