Helpfull stuff, free parking, easy access to tram. Thank you for your hospitability
Nice room and clean. Its around 10-12mins by tram from outside the SMN train station.
The room , facilities, parking for the car a Little far. The place does not look good in general. The employees on a por preparation
Free-parking... Location near the tram station...
Breakfast Wi-fi in the garden room...
The First day the receptionist explained very good the sightseeings for Florence. We needed te breakfast at an earlier hour and they prepared it without problems.
Very noisy. Definetely no 3 stars, maybe 2 or less. It was continental breakfast but no fresh bread etc. like from a big package. I had to beg the receptionist to print one page for us for the uffuzi entry. The first guy said no, the second persons did it finally after begging. It sounded like the boss didn't allow it. We left the luggage at the hotel after check out. When we come back, my friend needed to go to the toilette, but they said the toilettes are only in the room and there is no in the common space. So she couldn't go to the toilette. I cannot believe that there is no toilette in the common place I have been to meny hotels in many countries, also simple hotels, but this I have never seen. Wouldn't recommend it.
Stayed here with my mother for a week and absolutely loved it! The hotel is clean and location is really close by a tram stop ( there is a tram every 3 min!) which takes you to city centre in just 5 min. What we really loved about the hotel is the staff! The owners and the guy night reception ( forgot his name) were absolutely amazing. Super friendly and nothing was too much to ask for!! Great hotel!!
Nice place and staff
Parking is a bit of a pain
The staff is very polite and pleasant.
Wifi is only for europeans...hotel is rather far from the center
Price, free breakfast, free parking, cleanliness, friendly staff, and near the tram.
A little far from the old section of Florence, not to many places to eat near the hotel.
Is not in the city center, however there is a tram connection which takes 5 min and it departs very often. there is also parking available.
Location not far from the old city center. Bathroom was ok, had some problems with the sink but fixed fast.Close to tramstation.Average breakfast.
No wifi in the room, just at the lobby and small breakfast area. TV did not work but was not a problem for us. Room price was way too much for what we got.
Close to the tram stop Available parking
Location. Free parking. Hospitality.
There is no elevator. No light on the ceiling in the room - only lamps on the bed tables, therefore problem with free sockets for charging gadgets. Noisy air conditioner with unpredictable fan shutters.
Wifi very bad, 1 hour per day. car parking 500 m from hotel.
Glad we got a groundfloor room as there is no lift.
Breakfast was not sufficient will very little choice
Nice and quite facility. Friendly staff. Not a big choice for breakfast, but good enough. Free parking which is good when you travel by car. A bit far from the center (it took us about 20 minutes to walk), but many nice bars and restaurants on the way, so it can be considered as a part of the program :).
Professional attitude from the personal. Location: far away from the city center, but close to a tram stop.
The street in front of the hotel, despite its small size, is very busy one. Stopping with a car there is huge challenge, which makes luggage transfer difficult task. The “Free private parking” actually is public parking (N43.774083, E11.224866) and costs 12 euro, at the time of our stay. Breakfast starts late, but ends early. The food variety could be much, much better.
Excellent location; just one block away from the train, which comes by every 5 minutes. The room was clean but not very charming. It was fine with us since we were out all day.
Did not find the staff to be very sympa. They give you all sort of reasons why you can't access Wi-Fi. They would rather that you don't try.
not far from the centre but on a noisy street; no balcony
Staff was very nice, helpful and cheerful although their knowledge of english is limited. Some of the staff speaks portuguese, which is nice if that's your native language. The location was also very good. Even though it isn't in the center it's about a 5 min walk to the tram station that takes you to the center in 10 min for 1,20€. Has a nearby supermarket that allows you to buy some non-expensive food and water before going into expensive central Florence. Includes a free _private_ parking near the hotel, which is very precious in Florence.
It's definitely worth the 3 stars, but not more. A bit costly for what you get (simple room, simple breakfast, not always working TV reception), but being so close to Florence might justify the cost. You also have to register in a website using your phone number to be able to use a non-encrypted wifi (be careful or you end up registering for publicity).
We need the hotel with a parkig to visit Florence. It was 4 stops by tram to the city centre. Big room, clean. We got what we paid.
Internet conection with Italian phone number only. One coffe for breakfast only.
Nice restaurants in the surroundings. 15 minutes by tram from the city centre. The staff was really nice
Free parking. Free wi-fi. Good price. Tram station in not far from hotel.
Our room was on the 3d floor, but there is no elevator. Breakfast was basic, not very rich. Key of the room was very simple.
Location was pretty good and the hotel was reasonably priced.
Very noisy, the larger suite that we were in was facing a pretty busy road. Although the hotel had upgraded the windows with double pane windows it was still noisy and difficult to sleep. Furnishings were quite dated and the shower did not drain properly.
