The owners were always present, very helpful and friendly. They provided us with wonderful tips on places to eat, directions, etc. There was a very comfortable atmosphere at the property. The hotel was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The views of Lake Come were spectacular! We hope to return there again! |

Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast average, coffee terrible. Their web did not point out --No restaurant, at least 1.5---2 .0 Km down to Tremmezzo.Own transport essential.On the booking I made a point that we were senior citizens [for other reasons] but no mention was made of the above restrictions, fortunately we had our own transport. |

This is a family run hotel and the staff were so friendly and helpful! The hotel was spotless and nothing was too much trouble. There isn't a restaurant at the hotel so you really need a car to get around, there are some fantastic restaurants nearby, the staff will advise you where to go! Big thanks to Luca and Mara! |

The location with a splendid view on the Como lake and breakfast on the terras. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Actually everything was perfect. Just a detail: reserve pilows in the room would have been useful. |

The family who own and run it gave us fantastic service. The views over Lake Como were superb from the room and the breakfast area. Location very nice with magnificent views over the lake and excellent hiking possibilities on the nearby hills. Staff/owners made a real effort for making visitors feel wellcome and comfortable. |

The hotel is relaitively new and in a very quiet location, but still close to the lake. Breakfast was buffet style with excellent choice and variety. All rooms have a lake view and a small balcony. There are some excellent restaurants nearby, ask the hotel stall for reommendations. A swimming pool and underground parking were unexpected extras. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Twisty, narrow roads to get up to the hotel made it slightly difficult to find the first time, but the extra effort is well worth it.. Get directions before you go. |

The location was excellent, despite the cumbersome streets leading to the hotel. The service delivered for the money were 100% correct. We loved the view from the lake side apartments. |

The view over Lake Como and the locvation aweay fromn the busy street were the best physical attributes.The owners were quite attentive, and the food for continnetal breakfast was superior. This is a difficult Hotel to find and drive to because of the road system in Italy. Names change on streets often, maps are difficult to decipher details and finding this leittle gem of a hotel was an event during the return one night from a late supper in Manggino. A GPS is a neccesity in Italy. |

We enjoyed the view and the services at the hotel. The photos currently posted for the hotel do not do justice to the view we actually had at the hotel. The view of Lake Como was beautiful and the air was fresh. Breakfast at the balcony was the highlight. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The ferry made it easy for us and the car to reach the hotel from Bellagio at 10:30 pm |

Beautiful view from the hotel. Friendly and service-minded staff. Nice, comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent restaurants suggestions by the reception staff. Nothing negative about the hotel itself. However, the hotel is situated in the hills in a small village, so you really need a car. There aren't much of interest within walking distance, just a couple of simple trattorias. The hotel does not have a restaurant. |

Some rooms have a wonderful view over the lake. Quite far from the lake's shore, the claim of a "lake view" from some of the rooms is a bit stretched, no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, no fridge, restrictions on what you may take into the room (refreshments,etc.) |

The location of the hotel is superb and suits couples who seek tranquility.The room was nice, spacious and clean. The dining room, pool and also our room have wonderful lake views. The owners are very nice and attentive. The BD Couple :-) We asked for a king size bed and were given a room with two beds. When we asked to change our room we were given a room with a big bed which was actually two beds connected. Breakfast was quite good but we would have liked more vegetables (something that most Italian hotels lack in). |

The attentiveness of the staff was very good the hotel was spotlessly clean and welcoming The hotel was 1.5km up a very steep hill which made it difficult to reach as we didn't hire a car |

The staff were most pleasant and cooperative. Recommendations on restaurants were good and explanations of the lake boat system were very helpful. The one evening meal we had at the hotel was very good and the prices were most reasonable. We would stay here again any time we are in the Lake Como area. |
