rooms are too small (I stayed at a bungalow); I was hearing the train while it was passing... as the train passed over my room; poor breakfast compared with the price paid

The location was just perfect.

Unfortunately the staff was very rude and the rooms were quite dirty.

The rooms were beautiful and regularly attended to by cleaning staff who all greeted us whenever they met us on the hotel grounds. The reception staff were all very friendly as were most of the breakfast staff. The fact that it is on the beach makes it so easy to go straight from breakfast to the sea. Towels and sunbeds were provided. It was all lovely and modern and the grounds were really well kept!

We thought that the staff in the bar /restaurant weren't very welcoming or polite and if anything we felt awkward there. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we went in to the restaurant to get lunch. I thought €14 was a little steep for burger and potato chips but when my husband received the burger with nothing else we were still charged the full price. I wouldn't recommend eating dinner in the resort at all - you can get much better value for money elsewhere! I also went in to buy a bottle of water one evening to bring back to the room. When I went to pay €4 cash for it the man just sarcastically said "Seriously?" expecting me to put it on my room. He seemed a little irritated having to get me change......... lovely hotel - just don't bother with restaurant / bar!

The hotel is simply perfect!

The location directly on the Beach of Isola Bella is not only perfect but also provides stunning views. Just a ten minute drive from Toarmina and in driving proximity of other touristic attractions this hotel offers you a perfect save haven for exploring Sicilie.

l'aspetto paesaggistico e la location dell'hotel. Non è cinque stelle ma un quattro sì.

Il personale, gentile ma poco professionale. I managers che lavoravano insieme al personale. Telefono non funzionava, servizio in camera disatteso. A colazione niente angolo cibi dietetici, per un cinque stelle?... Troppe scale....bisogna dire al cliente....se non sono in grado? se ho un passeggino? SPA prezzi fuori dalla grazia divina!!!!

Das Hotel liegt zwar in der schönen Bucht der Isola Bella, das wars dann aber auch schon. Der Hotelstrand ist klein, somit die Liegestühle eng aufgestellt. Viel zu viele Leute für die kleine Bucht. Direkt hinter dem Hotel ist die Bahnlinie (zu bestimmten Zeiten stark frequentiert). Freundlichkeit und Service lassen viel zu Wünschen übrig. Wegen organisatorische Unfähigkeit kommt es oft zu Überbuchungen. Keine 5 Sterne wert.

Direttamente sulla spiaggia, la più bella di Taormina, posizione incantevole. Lettini ed ombrelloni sempre disponibili anche ad agosto ed inclusi nel costo della camera.Teli mare forniti dallo staff gratuitamente. Biancheria bagno cambiata due volte al giorno. Molto silenzioso.

Pulizia delle camere approssimativa, soprattutto per terra e negli angoli "nascosti". Colazione deludente, con assortimento si e no all'altezza di un tre stelle. No possibilità di farsi una spremuta d'arance, il prodotto più tipico della Sicilia! Personale talvolta poco professionale. Nessuna offerta di granite e brioches sulla spiaggia. Lettini ed ombrelloni concessi in uso anche a non clienti dell'albergo.

No me ha gustado que despues de reservar con tanto tiempo me diesen un bungalow "enano" al lado del ruidoso bar ,que no para la actividad en ningun momento. El desayuno no es de gran calidad. En la playa del hotel es imposible relajarse en esta epoca del año, estan las amacas pegadas las unas con las otras. Para la visita de Taormina queda lejos y el spa es ridiculo. El personal no es nada amable ni a la altura de un cinco estrellas.

Die Zimmer ( Bungalows) sind viel zu klein.Das Internet gibt die winzigen Bungalows total falsch wieder.

Sus instalaciones son fantásticas... con vistas al mar y a Isola Bella.

No me gusto la playa.... es de piedras y el agua estaba muy fria.

La location e la struttura dell'hotel

Peccato che sulla spiaggia siano installati troppi ombrelloni. Lo spazio è alquanto ridotto.
