La Plage Resort  

The rooms were beautiful and regularly attended to by cleaning staff who all greeted us whenever they met us on the hotel grounds. The reception staff were all very friendly as were most of the breakfast staff. The fact that it is on the beach makes it so easy to go straight from breakfast to the sea. Towels and sunbeds were provided. It was all lovely and modern and the grounds were really well kept!

We thought that the staff in the bar /restaurant weren't very welcoming or polite and if anything we felt awkward there. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we went in to the restaurant to get lunch. I thought €14 was a little steep for burger and potato chips but when my husband received the burger with nothing else we were still charged the full price. I wouldn't recommend eating dinner in the resort at all - you can get much better value for money elsewhere! I also went in to buy a bottle of water one evening to bring back to the room. When I went to pay €4 cash for it the man just sarcastically said "Seriously?" expecting me to put it on my room. He seemed a little irritated having to get me change......... lovely hotel - just don't bother with restaurant / bar!

The quality of the beach, on this side. The restaurant can be optimized. The cooking is not so great, the products are not 1rst quality.

The position of this resort is unsurpassed absolute beauty and superb enviroment.Resort facilities and staff are excellent.

When booking a garden bungalow ensure that you are placed well away from the staff cantina whichis placed in the center of the resort.

Das neu Aufgestellte Team/Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück wird auf der Terrasse am Meer serviert und lässt kaum Wünsche offen, egal was sie möchten, es wird erfüllt und alles fein säuberlich an den Tisch gebracht. Kein lästiges Büfett anstehen! Besser geht es nicht  Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und der Standort direkt am Meer sehr idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das La Plage nur empfehlen.

Cortesia,disponibilità ed efficienza le caratteristiche dello staff tutto che insieme alla location grandiosa (sulla spiaggia davanti all'isola Bella ) della struttura hanno fatto del nostro breve soggiorno un momento di grande relax. Buona la colazione servita solo al tavolo in una terrazza praticamente sul mare.Molto gradevole la presenza della Jacuzzi privata nel giardinetto del bungalow coperta da una tettoia che ci ha permesso di usarla anche a tarda sera.Ben insonorizzate le stanze. Un grazie a Giuseppe C. in rappresentanza di tutti per le piccole attenzioni dedicateci con discrezione nel festeggiare una nostra ricorrenza.

Limitate le dimensioni delle stanze per un cinque stelle compensate però dall'ottimo sfruttamento degli spazi . Costi eccessivi degli extra (una bottiglietta d'acqua del frigobar 6£)

La posizione e' di assoluto privilegio. Proprio di fronte l'Isolabella.

Il prezzo e' esagerato per il livello qualitativo del servizio offerto, cosi' come le 5 stelle attribuite. La conduzione della struttura mi e' sembrata quasi "familiare" e poco professionale per la categoria dell'hotel. Tre, o volendo essere generosi, quattro stelle sarebbero sufficienti.

La posizione unica e paradisiaca.... Bella la camera con la jacuzzi privata.

La colazione non e' assolutamente all'altezza dell'hotel... Poco varia e nell'insieme carente. Sono rimasta molto delusa. La parte di spiaggia riservata all'hotel dovrebbe essere maggiore.

Очень комфортно, красивый парк, очень чистое море. Живешь как в лесу, не тратишь время на путешествия по коридорам и лифтам. Пять минут до фуникулера в Таормину.

Мне кажется отель только для взрослых. С детьми не рекомендую, будет тесновато, пляж - галька

Разположението и гледката.

Ужасен хотел по отношение на обсужването и предлаганите услуги. Персонала е бавен и некомпетентен, не обичат да говорят на друг език, освен собственият им. Всичко, описано в сайта на хотела, а и в представянето в този сайт по отношение на осигурения комфорт, тишина и релаксираща почивка не отговарят на истината. Плажът не е частен, а си работи като обществен, чадърите и шезлонгите са многократно повече от тези на снимките. Стотици хора буквално са на главите си и крещят около теб. Интернета е слаб или почти липсва в стаите. Градински изглед липсва, защото не на всякъде има градина и зона за сядане като е описаноЛъжат с мини - бара при напускане на хотела. Недопустимо за хотел 5-звези е такова отношение към гостите. Бих му дал не повече от 3-звезди, сравнен с 5-звездни хотели по света.

Direttamente sulla spiaggia, la più bella di Taormina, posizione incantevole. Lettini ed ombrelloni sempre disponibili anche ad agosto ed inclusi nel costo della camera.Teli mare forniti dallo staff gratuitamente. Biancheria bagno cambiata due volte al giorno. Molto silenzioso.

Pulizia delle camere approssimativa, soprattutto per terra e negli angoli "nascosti". Colazione deludente, con assortimento si e no all'altezza di un tre stelle. No possibilità di farsi una spremuta d'arance, il prodotto più tipico della Sicilia! Personale talvolta poco professionale. Nessuna offerta di granite e brioches sulla spiaggia. Lettini ed ombrelloni concessi in uso anche a non clienti dell'albergo.

No me ha gustado que despues de reservar con tanto tiempo me diesen un bungalow "enano" al lado del ruidoso bar ,que no para la actividad en ningun momento. El desayuno no es de gran calidad. En la playa del hotel es imposible relajarse en esta epoca del año, estan las amacas pegadas las unas con las otras. Para la visita de Taormina queda lejos y el spa es ridiculo. El personal no es nada amable ni a la altura de un cinco estrellas.

Die Zimmer ( Bungalows) sind viel zu klein.Das Internet gibt die winzigen Bungalows total falsch wieder.
