I was very surprised when we got there and they told us that we have to pay 40 euros cash extra, they told us it was the cleaning service after we left but we had to clean all the dishes, pots, kitchen and take out the trash so what was the cleaning? Besides they provided only with one set of towels for person and if you need another set for whatever reasons you have to pay another extra 15 euros. We did not like that treatment at all.

De vriendelijke eigenaar wacht ons op kade van Levanzo op. Dit maakte dat we ons heel welkom voelde in La Plaza Residence. Het appartement is schoon, prettig en comfortabel ingericht en ook de buitenkant is aantrekkelijk door de leuke zitjes en vrolijke bloemen. De airco werkt prima. Het rustig gelegen appartement is een paar treden verwijderd van het pittoreske haventje en het uitzicht op zee. Een bedrag van €40,- wordt gerekend voor de eindschoonmaak. Op het eiland Levanzo is geen bancomat.

Appartamento molto curato e pulito. Tutto era nuovo e l'accoglienza è stata ottima. Decisamente un'ottima scelta da consigliare. I gestori molto disponibili, discreti e gentili. Benchè non esplicitato al momento della prenotazione abbiamo dovuto far fronte ad una spesa di 40 euro per le pulizie.

Está muy bien situado, el apartamento es muy bonito, con todo lo necesario, no falta detalle y cuando llegamos estaba muy limpio. Por el precio que se paga 60 euros noche/persona, me parece mal que me hagan pagar 40 euros mas de limpieza final, y sin avisar, porque cuando reservas no te dicen nada, además, esto es cuando te vas, no te limpian nunca la habitación y te advierten que dejes la cocina limpia y tires la basura,pagando 40 euros por ello??. Si quieres un cambio de toallas debes pagar 15 euros mas...y por cierto lo del alquiler de bicicletas y el cajero no lo vi por ninguna parte..

il Residence è pulitissimo, silenzioso e dotato di ogni comodità. i gestori gentili, simpatici e ci hanno dato degli ottimi consigli su cosa fare, dove andare a mangiare e cosa visitare.
