.. that the swimming pool was usually quiet. Compared to when we last stayed here (35 years ago), the standards have slipped. For example, our room was supposed to be a double but it had also 2 bunk beds in it. Additionally, though we advised staff on day 1 that the shower door was faulty, when we left four days later, nothing had been done about it - need I go on !! |

Its proximity to the marina and shops and restaurants and the island bus stop which was right outside the front door. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. |

We were given an apartment inatead of a room as booked. Lack of assigned table for breakfast. All other guests had an assigned table. |

We don't think that this room was e superior room, as we didn't had a balcony as other rooms. Our room were overlooking the street and each time the bus passed through, our windows were trembling. Very loud room. Breakfast poor - no fruits, no eggs, no ham. Just one sort of bread (white) and 2 different cakes and brioche. |

Close to beach and harbour + good restaurants.Good pool adjacent to room. Family room by the pool is very spacious (although we didnt ask for it! - see below) small outside area with table and chairs adjacent to sizeable pool. Requested a standard room and a superior room for 4 people in total. We were given a standard room and a family room. The family room was very large and had sufficient beds to sleep 6! Although it had aircon it didnt have a window and did not have the feel of a suprior room.Overall the staff dealt with our issues very well and we had little to complain about by the time we left. |

Very nice exterior/ outside area. Good location; just a stone's throw from the harbour and swimming area. Good facilities nearby (supermarket, little shops, restaurants). Overall very nice and convenient. There are only very few parking spots at the hotel. However, there are free-of-charge parking spots a few mins walk away. The price increase at weekends (50€ extra per night for a double room) seemed rather steep. The room we had was nothing like the pictures on the website; it was probably not refurbished yet. Nevertheless, all was still very nice. |

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of a beach, waterfront, boat rental, restaurants, grocery store, bank/ATM. The hotel was reasonably clean and attractive, a "classic" hotel. The staff was friendly and at least one of them spoke serviceable English (my Italian is barely adequate). When I made the reservation I was under the impression that I was booking a room with air conditioning. When we arrived we were given a room with a western exposure that was uncomfortably warm in the evening - and no air conditioning! When we asked we were told that no room with ac was available till the following night. |

ho soggiornato soltanto 3 notti cmq sono stata bene l'hotel è in un punto centrale di Marciana con il supermercato davanti quindi molto comodo e la spiaggia(anche se non bellissima perchè sulla strada)a 5 minuti a piedi il parcheggio auto a pagamento(nemmeno poi così vicino all'hotel) |

L'hotel è in centro ed ha tutto vicino (market, farmacia, ecc), è in una posizione buona per girare l'isola. Buonissima la pulizia dlle stanze. I letti sono molto scomodi e la colazione è un po' sempre la stessa. Confermo che la piscina è sempre all'ombra e non si riesce quindi a fare il bagno. |

L'Albergo è posto in ottima posizione, facilmente accessibile per chi arriva, vicinissimo al mare ed in pieno centro di Marciana Marina. Ha un giardino grande, molto ben curato con una gradevole piscina. L'Albergo risponde in pieno alle aspettative di categoria, con rapporto qualità/prezzo ragionevole ed equo. |

Belli ed ampi gli spazi esterni, dove è servita la prima colazione, buona anche la cucina del ristorante con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo grave la mancanza dell'ascensore, troppo piccolo il bagno (specie la doccia) |

Pidin kauniista piha-alueesta, pöytineen ja pöytäliinoineen, huoneen siisteydestä ja valoisuudesta ja kodikkuudesta sekä hymyilevästä ystävällisestä henkilökunnasta. Sijainti lähellä ranta-aluetta oli myös positiivista. Ehkä jonkin verran häiritsi öiseen aikaan kadulla päristelevät moottoripyörät. (pieni haitta) |

L'hotel è carino all'esterno,all'interno molto semplice ma pulito, lo staff è gentilissimo. Le donne delle pulizie fanno troppo chiasso,le finestre e le persiane dovrebbero essere cambiate perchè si sente anche la cassa del supermercato che sta dall'altra parte della strada ed inoltre col vento si aprono e sbattono in continuazione. |
