It was very peaceful and the staff very helpful. The outside spa swimming pool was fabulous the pool attendant was outstanding extremely helpful. The facility was clean. Dinner was excellent.

Pedicure was over priced for the serviced was difficult to make an appointment for spa services because no technician was available. When you book the hotel reservation, book at the same times spa services. They drapes are too thin. Morning came very early. A young couple having sex in the pool.

junior suite is very comfortable. swiming pools are fantastic and very clean. breakfast was ok.

our suite was faced basens which smells bad, so we couldn't use balcony. Maden didn't clean room properly. Bathrobe is changing once a week, or you have to pay for another one! It's same with towels for the swiming pools, we didn't expect that in so expensive hotel.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, INCREDIBLY good breakfast (you don't need the lunch after it ;-)). Excellent thermal water pools, spacious and warm (33-36 C) Perfect location for visiting Padua, Venice, Vicenza and Verona. I would also recommend a hike to Euganeo hills

in the older part of the hotel the walls are not very well isolating sounds from neighboring rooms Sauna is not great, 60 C in a an ugly concrete cave called Grotto

This spa hotel s beautiful. The junior suit was very nice. The thermal swimming pool was exquisite .

The only major problem was that there was no room service and the restaurant is not open continuously through out the day. As a result it is impossible to get food when you are hungry and you are forced to eat on their time table. This makes sight seeing or planing out your day complicated. When i am on holiday i don't want to be told when to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. I want to relax, wake up with out an alarm and have my breakfast when i wake up even if that is at 11:30 am or 2pm. With the schedule the restaurant has if you don't eat lunch by 1pm you can't eat again until 7pm when they open for dinner. Also even if you do eat lunch at there time table you are forced to wait 6 hours until you can eat dinner which for me is a problem. 7pm for dinner is to late i like to eat dinner at 5 or 6 by 7 pm i am so hungry that i get a headache from the lack of food. This results in ruining my night. On top of this in order to get food earlier i was forced to drive more than 30 minutes out of town to the closest city because no where in town is there a restaurant that is open before 7pm. For this reason I will not be returning to this Hotel or any spa Hotel in this area. Nor will i recommend this Hotel or any other hotel in this area to anyone.
