I liked the charm of the desgin and the frendliness of the Hotel Staff. I liked the room designs and how no two rooms were alike. My room was very nice and decent size. My friend's second room had a charming balcony. The hotel guestbook was cute too. |

They have a delicious breakfast buffet. I thought some of the front desk staff were a bit condescending. |

Very quiet. We have got sophisticated image from this hotel. 1. Staff members in dining room and limousine driver were lack of friendliness. That gave us rather icy impression. |

A nice hotel in a good position...Rome is expensive and this hotel is good value in comparison to most. The public rooms are very nice and have a real old world charm. The Friday night cocktail party is great and the majority of staff excellent. They deserve their position in the top 10%. |

Large room (as for Rome). Good location & nice surroundings. The young lady receptionist was efficient but ice cold. Hotel could not provide ellectricity adaptor so I had to go to the shop. There was a black out in my floor at least 2 times. |

Entrance and lobby are luxurious with beautiful decorations; hotel staff professional; buffet breakfast is wonderful with enough of eggs, fruits and delicious European bread. The hotel is located in quiet area, so you will not hear any street noise. Hotel has no restaurant, but on the closest corner is really good one, not expensive, with delicious pizza, pasta and the tree growing through. We have been in room 401. It is room with one king size bed and one deckchair, good for two adults and one kid. I am sure it was 4 star hotel, but in 80s. Now room looks a little bit obsolete. Especially bathroom has not been modernized since then. Do not forget your ear plugs, if you are fan noise sensitive, as you can hear the noise from external air condition unit from the outside. |

This hotel was within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit. It was also near the buses and subways, post office, restaurants, and most anything we needed. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. We loved everything about this hotel. It was clean, very attractively decorated, and satisfied all our needs away from home. |

The front desk staffs are warm, polite and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast service needs to be improved. Fried eggs or scramble eggs should be served warm. My last day breakfast, I saw a waitress preparing a freshly made scramble eggs for a male guest. After the male guest left with a warm scramble eggs I also ordered the same one. She rudely pointed to me the cold precooked scramble eggs on the table. When I ask her why she can cook warm for the male guest, she replied in Italian language which I don't understand at all. She looks very unhappy at me, went to the kitchen and started talking with a male staff.Greetings and smile on their face can brighten up hotel guests day especially when we see them in the morning for a breakfast. |

We've stayed at La Residenza for 2 weekends in junior suites, and we've really enjoyed our stay. The bed is firm and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of fresh fruit, sliced meats, hot scrambled or fried eggs, yogurt, juice, pastries, etc. We lived in Italy and have travelled quite a bit; this is the best breakfast we've seen in Italy. Our second junior suite had a great terrace with a table, chairs, umbrella, and lots of flowers. It was very private, and we felt comfortable with our 3-year-old daughter running around the terrace. The hotel has a small parking lot, but there has also been plenty of street parking when we've been there. The street parking is 1 Euro per hour, and the first 8 hours are 4 Euro. |

Big rooms and the location which is not so far from the center of the city. Some small details (cleaning) but at the end our stay was perfect. |
