The spaciousness of our hotel room, a junior suite, on an upper floor that was very quiet; the sumptuous buffet breakfast - my husband even took a picture of the beautiful choices. The cocktail party "meet and greet" with hors d'oeuvres were delightful. I'm told there is usually a harpist, who was ill, but it did not take anything away from the experience. The outside front stairway was a little difficult for us and stairway to the fifth floor from the fourth (although this was certainly our own option) |

The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful with travel advice, answering all our questions fully. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall, the staff's helpfulness stood above the norm. |

The hotel staff was excellent. And, the hotel's location, just a few short blocks from the Spanish Steps, was perfect. |

Nice clean hotel, comfortable rooms, pleasant staff. Very noisy at night if you are at the front of the hotel, hassled at times by the lap dancing club across the road. Strange set up for breakfast - it changed every day! |

The hotel was at a very good and peaceful location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The most important sights were near or easily accessible by foot or with public traffic. Excellent breakfast. |

The room (a suite) was very comfortable and well furnished. The staff were excellent. The manager's cocktail party was a bonus. Very quiet location and also close to subway. Breakfast generally excellent except the 'hot' food was always cold! |
