Centrally located, clean and good facilities in Hotel. Particularly liked the gentleman who drove the limo for airport drop. Very informative Not impressed with curtness of young lady on the Desk in the evening and that they did not accept AMEX |

An excellent ubication 100 mts from via venetto, an old hotel beautifully decorated and well maintaned . I was given a charm and spacious room , They recieve you with fruits and when you live the room and come back , you found that the accomodate your bed.The manager and personal in the lobby friendly and helpfull , Friday cocktail party is great and Breakfast incredible in variety and quality. |

Location is perfect. Brackfast was very good, with full range of variuos offer. Room is specious. Air conditioning is sufficent. It has very limmited offer of tour operator for city sighseeing. The one it has is out of any recommendation. It is much better to take private tourist guide. Less money for better service. |

Everyone is so helpful and want to make your stay so enjoyable. They have a cocktail hour so guests can meet other guests staying there! Wonderful...just wonderful! The rooms are charming and tastefully decorated. The common living rooms offer fine leather furnishings and frescos on the 12+foot ceilings. This is our 2nd stay there and we'd go back again! |

The hotel needs refurbishing and updating. they did not have a general computer for the use of guests. The staff at the reception was not very welcoming and helpful. Old rooms, great location |

very friendly staff. The best thing was the breakfast, so many variety of different good quality food items. 1) Air conditioning was poor. It was almost as if it did not exist. This was an unpleasant experience in July. I would not come back to this Hotel in the summer time unless something is done about air conditioning. 2) Too $$$$ |
