La Reunion  

Excellent facility. The staff was nice and helpful. We had 2 suites and they were very comfortable.

Stayed only one night but wished we scheduled more. The room was very comfortable - modern decor in a classic building. Lovely. Staff was very professional, mature and very helpful. We were pleased with the entire stay, including breakfast. Again would have liked to have stayed longer. Will definitely return to Ravenna and La Reunion. Excellent value.

A wonderful place to stay in Ravenna. It is located in the very centre of the city, within walking distance of the main monuments. This is a boutique residence, with a creative design that makes it a place to remember and with all the bonuses of a good hotel, including a plentiful breakfast with superb coffee. There is a very good atmospheric restaurant accross the street (actually 20metres from your door). The suite is equipped with all the cooking utensils you may require, and has a washing machine. The staff is very helpful, special thanks to Anike for her help and for making us feel at home. You get your own key to the entrance door, this is a place where privacy is respected. You can park your car round the corner free of charge. Higly recommendable!

We appreciated courtesy of staff, arrangment, location and quiet. The overall atmosphere makes you feel at home rather than in an impersonal hotel. You feel like you have a flat in Ravenna downtown. Exciting.

Only booked because of washing machine and there wasn't one in room. However, staff sorted out an adequate solution. Roadworks in town make it difficult to navigate to.

Well decorated, in a very central location, confortable residance. Warm and helpfull staff, we were given a permit for free parking of our car on a reserved street

L'accueil et la position centrale de l'hôtel. Le fait que les chambres soient en fait des appartements, avec des cuisines, et permettent donc de faire à manger, en tout cas de façon simple.

Pas de parking propre à l'hôtel: il faut chercher une place de parc dans le domaine public, ce qui n'est pas gagné d'avance. Pas d'ascenseur directement au palier, mais un "monte-personne" individuel.

Accoglienza attenta e preparata, ambiente confortevole, ben allestito e pulito.

Eccessiva percezione di voci provenienti da appartamenti che si affacciano sul cortiletto interno (abitati da famiglie?). E' solo un aspetto che disturba leggermente il comfort delle abitazioni.

L'ubicazione al centro storico.

Pur avendo prenotato circa due mesi prima, ci e' stata assegnata un camera distaccata circa 500 metri dalla struttura principale, raggiungibile con una scalinata ripidissima e che non ha niente a che vedere con quella descritta. La Camera da me scelta doveva essere 60 mq. Questa era neanche di 20. Essendo appassionato di calcio, scelgo strutture che abbiano il collegamento wi-fi unico mezzo per vedere sky go. In questa camera non c'era. Il bagno molto essenziale e molto usato. Sulla colazione stendo un velo pietoso.

Cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale; l'appartamento da noi occupato era confortevole, pulito e accogliente, curato nell'arredamento, silenzioso; la posizione centralissima consente raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte dei siti di interesse della città. Buona anche la colazione.
