La Reunion  

Very spacious room + sitting room + kitchen fully equiped, a small,very pleasant apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No posibility for breakfast in the Residence, had to outside in cafés with a ticket provide by the hotel.

Really can't find any fault at all. Wonderful apartment, spacious and clean and provided with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was adequate. The staff were very friendly and the location fantastic.

A wonderful place to stay in Ravenna. It is located in the very centre of the city, within walking distance of the main monuments. This is a boutique residence, with a creative design that makes it a place to remember and with all the bonuses of a good hotel, including a plentiful breakfast with superb coffee. There is a very good atmospheric restaurant accross the street (actually 20metres from your door). The suite is equipped with all the cooking utensils you may require, and has a washing machine. The staff is very helpful, special thanks to Anike for her help and for making us feel at home. You get your own key to the entrance door, this is a place where privacy is respected. You can park your car round the corner free of charge. Higly recommendable!

Spacious appartement - serviceminded staff - quiet location.

"Ikea meets Dante" - shiny modernity in a middle age setting - wondered what the "Deluxe" was supposed to be about sinced it seemed to correspond more to "Decaf", things look ok until you start trying to use them - one glass for red wine, and an additional glass for white wine, on request, a day later - lack of correspondance with web pages, the room with a little view seems to be taken for months in advance, definitely no wysiwyg.

We appreciated courtesy of staff, arrangment, location and quiet. The overall atmosphere makes you feel at home rather than in an impersonal hotel. You feel like you have a flat in Ravenna downtown. Exciting.

We got the newly furnished suite. Everything is perfect. Very good location. Excellent WiFi reception and speed. We paid the extra 10€ for parking permit which we think it worths.

Wonderful design and extremely helpful and friendly personnel. Lots of choice at breakfast.

Prime Location, spacious, nice Atmosphäre - a perfect place!

Spectacular boutique apartment hotel with superb staff (esp. Anika).

Everything was really good. The room was very large and the very accessorized. The hotel is inside the city center, but you have the possibility to park the car less than 200 meter far.

Óptima ubicación junto al punto más céntrico de la ciudad (Piazza del Popolo). Desayuno aceptable (no es continental), con bollería, zumos (envasados), lácteos y jamón de york. El café es excelente (gloriosa excepción); el personal, tanto el de la recepción como el director, estupendos. La habitación, grande, bien decorada... Sólo puedo hablar bien del hotel, realmente. Recomendable de todo punto.

Quien espere un desayuno continental se decepcionará. Pero es un desayuno más que aceptable para los estándares de la hostelería italiana. El resto, todo bien, de verdad.

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro, personale molto gentile. Camera bella e con uso cucina.
