This hotel is very convenient to the center of the city. The rooms were large (suites with kitchen) and everything worked well. Phillip ( ? spelling) was very attentive and helpful for four US !folks with no Italionao

Location was very good.
We had a 4 bed appartment. Sofa was very uncomfortable.
Location Very nice apartments Friendly staff
A szállás a városközpontban, a látnivalóktól gyalog néhány percre található. A suite modern, komfortos, egyben csalàdias, mely egy lakóházban kialakított lakásokat jelent. A recepció a földszinten, mellette található a kicsi reggeliző. A reggeli minden igényt kielégítő, svédasztalos. A szemèlyzet kedves ès segítőkész, jól beszélnek angolul. Mirabilandia belèpő vásárolható náluk. The location is perfect few minutes from old, historical city center. The suites are hell, clean , comfortable. The apartements are flats in the private house. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Is it possible to buy tickets to Mirabilandia.
The street wiews apartmans are noise at nights until 11pm, because the bar below the apartman on the street.
Central location. Excellent facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.
Wonderful location, highly engaged staff, contemporary interiors.
We liked central location. Great for accessing the historic centre once we were checked in but could have done with more guidance in advance about accessing the building in a pedestrian street in a controlled traffic zone!! We loved the friendly staff who were helpful with suggestions for restaurants and so on. The breakfasts were magnificent. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean
The stairs - as we get older and we do intend to return - that might be an issue but there is to be fair a chair lift
Best location in the historic center, excellent value for money!!
The rooms are modern spacious one bedroom apartments in a complex with a central reception and breakfast room. They have a real wow factor. Bedding towels spotless and luxury level. Good encrypted internet reception in our room. The best I have stayed in in Europe by some way. Location is central.
Leaving was tough.
Excelent position, right in the center of the city. Fully equipped rooms with everything you could need. Nice staff.
Luxury apartments in the very center of Ravenna for modest price, free street parking nearby
the warm welcome with a cup of coffee on arrival. the size and airiness of the "suite / apartment", the helpfulness and knowledgeability of the reception staff, especially help with finding greaqt places to eat - it all made for a lovely relaxing stay
we liked everything about our stay
The location in the city centre is convenient and allows visiting the worldfamous mosaics which all are at walking distance. There is a nice and famous "enoteca" with a great character across the street from the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel is actually a residence hotel rather than a traditional hotel. Rooms are somehow unpersonal, spread around different buildings in the city centre. There are no parking facilities. The hotel reception desk is open until 11.00 pm. Breakfast is adequate although the breakfast room is small.
Central location Spacious rooms
Difficult parking Use of furniture polish (spray)
Space, very clean, uncluttered
Access is difficult due to closed roads. Staff need to explain before arrival that access is only possible from one end of street, and the best way to approach.
A wonderful hotel, bang in the centre of town, in front of one of Ravenna’s nicest restaurants. Large rooms, good service and very friendly staff. Probably one of the nicest hotels we ever stayed at.
receptionist was extremely helpful in assisting with reservation for subsequent places, and advising on best routes and attractions. very well located with shops, good restaurants, and primary attractions within walking distance
Rooms on the opposite to the pedestrian only street very noisy. Difficult to access and no one to assist in hauling luggage up several flights of stairs to reception area.
From the very friendly welcome , large rooms , cleanliness and conform. Add in the great location. Would highly recommend to all for a visit to Ravenna.
Lots of space for the price. We had a big balcony which was great for people watching. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Furniture a but functional but this reflected in the price.
The location is great, just in the city center, it's close to monuments, restaurants, stores, buses. The staff was very professional and friendly. Our apartment was nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. "Surprising and sophisticated", indeed. We enjoyed our stay at La Reunion.
Everything was realy excellent.
Only parking is aside and you have to get the hotel entrance with a havy suitcase through the long pedestrian zone.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean, well and nicely equipped apartments, beautiful location, comfortable beds - I can just recommend it!
- Although the location is great - it is in the centre of the city - approaching the Hotel by car (without newly updated GPS software) can result in difficulties; as the town is full with one-way streets, it can really cause hard times for the newcomers. - At the arrival it is not easy to find under the archway which the right door is or which doorbell to ring - a more obvious marking would be quite useful. - It is not clear from the webpage that (some of) the apartments are located in a separate building - however it does not resulted in real difficulties, the guests supposed to be informed about it. (If we planned to arrive home late, we had to keep the key with us…) - The breakfast room is tiny - therefore it was/is quite jam-packed around 9 o'clock... As it is located in the main building, those staying in the other building have to walk over to the main building to have breakfast. (Fine, we know it is healthy to walk after eating…) - The choice (at breakfast) is not too wide and mostly favours to those who love sweet victuals (eg. no vegetables or egg-stuffs at all). (I was not our intention to be rude or uncomplimentary to the very nice staff of the La Reunion, but these were our some negative experiences one should know when choosing an accommodation. Otherwise our stay was otherwise really superb and unforgattable4)
