Having lunch in the courtyard restaurant. The excellent location.

The room was very clean and beautiful. It was in a perfect spot to visit my grandson in the American University. View was gorgeous.

Location is great.All histotical sights in walking distanse. From Perugia train station you can get bus g1,g2 ts (last stop). Good breakfast.

Wifi working only in lobby and signal is poor. If you have laptop ask lan cable for room.

Everything! We asked for a room with balcony and the great staff gave us a special one! It's amazing! My girlfriend felt like a princess!

Perugia is a complicated city to park the car.

The only good thing of the hotel is its location.

The hotel and decoration is very old, needs serious renovation. You will be surprised when you see the carpets on the stairs. Me and my colleague changed the rooms because the first rooms we got were the worst rooms of the hotel. The key of the room was broken while trying to open the door. I waited 15 minutes for the bellboy to take out the broken key. Wi-Fi internet was not operating. The water was not enough hot.

Style hotel. I wonder if i was in Royal Palace in Torino.

Location was great and room enormous, but the decor of the room was Louis xiv meets the 1970's .. In fairness, the bathroom was large and more tastefully tiled ... Thank the lord!

Wifi only worked in common areas .. but we were expecting that anyway We paid around €65 a night inc breakfast .. I wouldn't want to pay more than that for the room we had

Good Location, near the escalator down to the Car Parks as well as near the main street in the Old Town.

Wery good! Direct in the center of Perugia, old building - in the heard of the Eurochocolate-2012.

The breakfast can will be better in 4-star hotel.

Very difficult to find, clear directions (map) would be helpful. Hotel did not have a map. Gps cannot locate.

Our room was spacious, immaculate and beautiful. The staff was especially friendly. In the afternoon I asked if there was some way to get a cup of tea. Immediately I was brought a beautiful tray with a pot of tea. The staff gave suggestions on restaurants, directions and attractions. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. We spent 16 days in Umbria and Tuscany and my husband, our friends and I thought it was the best of the five hotels we stayed in.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Excellent location. Most of the staff were very friendly but not a lot that was asked for got done.

The main thing against it was the lack of any parking facilities. The street where it was suggested we should park was on a steep hill,very narrow with cars parked on both sides and was usually full anyway. unless you had a SMALL car it would have been impossible. The alternative was a city carpark which was expensive. The safe in my room broke the first morning and was never repaired. (open, luckily!) The air conditioning in my friend`s room leaked proffusefully to the extent that she had to put a bucket under it. It was not repaired during our stay. The restaurant is highly recommended but did not live up to expectations. Very mediocre. The drain in the shower in my room was partially blocked and needed a good clean.

It was simple to book and check in, with friendly staff and very conveniently located. The room was nice enough and I enjoyed my stay.

The telephone was filthy and it was not clear how to access the wi-fi. The telephone was filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned or disinfected. The glass shower screen leaked water all over the bathroom floor and the breakfast was very average.

Good Place & well maintained and clean

1. Guidance at web site not clear to locate the hotel. Gps does not work well in Perugia Area. Hence clear guidance to be provided , how to access there. 2. Parking facility

location is fantastic for seeing the heart of the Perugia City Center, with all the shops, churches and restaurants you could want within walking distance, like right outside the front door. The biggest down side is that the internet is sporadic at best and the electrical system is weak.DOn't plan on plugging in heating elements or medical devices that are critical. Small fridge in every room a plus. A/c works. great value through HOtels.com

Location a few steps from the Piazza Italia bus stop, staff efficient and friendly. Breakfast good, just order coffee from staff, don't use the machines in the breakfast room. We had a small problem with our reservation, they said it woud cost more than originally quoted for our room, when we explained what happened they agreed to honor the original price, good customer service!

Thought internet was available in the rooms, but only in the lobby area, a bit inconvenient, but workable.
