Old fashion design Disappointing breakfast
Very Friendly staff. Room size and decor was good. Excellent location right in the middle of town centre and despite that the room was quiet.
Room was spacious and very clean. Highlight was the hotel restaurant. Excellent service and phenomenal food.
Delicious breakfast; comfortable bed; good wi-fi connection; great location in the heart of the old town. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. The room was spotless.
The hotel is older and shower was a little strange, but this was minor.
The location Staff assistance and friendliness Breakfast choice extensive Wifi excellent Cleanliness excellent Additonal evening meal option excellent value Restaurant service and value Room size, style and furnishings
Spot light outside window until late Shower rose needed maintenance
Location in historic centre with shops and restaurants close by. Reasonable breakfast.
Nothing. It was all good.
Breakfast very good quality and quantity, breakfast staff very pleasant. Excellent position in centre town.
Single beds were very narrow and boucy, so difficult to get comfortable. Old fashioned bathroom for a 4 star hotel. For the price we paid we were obviously given the cheapest room!
Location; the parking arrangment(tho it is quite expensive)
The roon's facilites.
Excelent location, friendly staff, good breakfast.
All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. My room was cleaned immaculately every day (I stayed 5 nights). The breakfast was great and after one day, the servers remembered that I wanted a cappuccino. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
It is very easy to find, easy parking and access. Nice breakfasts, great location. Large rooms, and baths
Noise from the street can get loud, but keeping windows closed helps.
Friendly staff, good location
Room was outdated, dusty lampshade
Location. The beautiful linen, cleanliness, the old beautifully maintained cedar furniture with extras. The view of the thousands of folk at the chocolate festival
A clean, comfortable, characteristic hotel, with a beautifully frescoed ceiling in our room that was centrally located. The sheets and towels were fantastic! The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good; scrambled eggs, bacon, variety of yogurts, breads and very fresh cornetti and cappucino on request.
Although it was very clean and comfortable, room 56 was not real quiet because the window opened out above a bar on the piazza (and to be honest, we were there during "Eurochocolate" so there was a huge crowd). However, by the time we went to bed the noise had died down and we did get a good night's sleep until street sweeping began early in the am.
All staff are so, so kind and proactive. We had a problem and they have solved it brilliantly. Many rooms are very spacious. Great value for money. The location is simply terrific, in the heart of the city center. I recommend it.
My room should have been a bit more soundproofed, but it is just a detail.
Excellent location, at the heart of the historical area. Has parking (paying) Some rooms have gorgeous ceilings Very good breakfast
Lobby & access to elevator need renovation
A very good location for visiting the old town of Perugia
The bed wasn't comfortable--very lumpy. The shower doors were mouldy.
The location is right next to the center of Perugia. The room was large. The bed and furniture were comfortable.
There was a strong stench from the drainage in the bathroom. Noise from the street was quite loud and lasted into the wee hours.
Perugia is a beautiful city for strolling and enjoying everything.
Everything was good.
Room comfort Location Perugia Dinner
Noise from the courtyard at night Weak Wifi in some rooms Minimal breakfast options
The bathroom had both a tub and a shower cabin, the location was good, just at the start of the pedestrian area.
There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, it seemed like no renovation work has been done for a long time and the parking was rather far and 17EUR/day .
A charming hotel that an Edwardian traveller would have appreciated and probably did. All marble tiles and elaborate plumbing fixtures. Slightly faded glory but all the more enchanting for that.
Service in restaurant was exaggeratedly formal and verging on the ridiculous. Quite polite though.
The location was excellent.
Indifferent welcome on arrival. Our room was not serviced on the first day until we arrived back at around 5.30 pm until we complained and were told, incredibly, that there was only one maid to clean the 80+ rooms - but that she was very good - poor woman! Breakfast was very poor.
- central location
- staff (not helpful enough) - very poor breakfast - noisy at night due to other guests
