it was in the center and had agreat panoramic terass. it was very cold and the hitting wasnt working, the breckfest was poor and the bad was hard. |

The service was excellent at this hotel. The Terrace was beautiful, and we enjoyed ending our days with drinks and dinner every night because of the beautiful view and wonderful service. Every person at the hotel was friendly and helpful. |

The location was wonderful. Walking distance to every sight. The terrace was very charming. I think more tables in the bar area would be nice. There were several times there was no seating for a group to have a nightcap. |

Location and price , ok it was january and wet but central for everything and great value, great views and always felt safe even walking home from the opera housealong by the river. will certainly recomend. most of the rooms are out onto the street only a few to the back, didn't bother me but my companion heard the traffic all night .. taht is city living but perhaps ask for room to the back if you want a quieter stay.. |

esta muy bien ubicado y la terraza merece la pena! hubo un problema con la calefaccion y pasamos frio! y una vez mas la cama matrimonial era en realidad dos individuales juntas : ( |

La ubicación, su precio, el desayuno, la terraza... La habitación era enorme y muy bonita con un cuarto de baño nuevo. La decoración es muy bonita ya que conserva el encanto antiguo del edificio. La parada del autobus D, que es el que te lleva de la estación, está en la calle de al lado. Cuando llegas te dicen que si pagas en efectivo te hacen descuento. Ya podrían avisarlo antes para llevar dinero reservado para pagarlo! Además se encuentra en un edificio antiguo enorme y está en el tercer piso por lo que si subes andando son más de 90 escalones y si vas en ascensor,que es viejísimo, no cabes con las maletas porque solo caben dos personas!! |

La situation de l'hôtel. La terrasse sur les toits. Le ménage de la chambre et de la salle de biens était inexistant. Le lavabo bouché, signalé au personnel, etait toujours bouché 3 jours après. Le petit déjeuner était très mauvais (café insipide, "croissants" sous cellophane etc). |

Ideale ligging direct naast de Ponte Veccio. Vriendelijk personeel, uiterst behulpzaam. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het dakterras. Nette en met name grote kamer. Niet echt ontevreden over (bekend in Italie) , maar het ontbijt is eenvoudig. |

lage sehr schön und zentral, zimmer ein hauch romantisch, der ausblick von der dachterrasse ist sehr schön, reibungsloser ablauf von ankunft und parkgarage , die organisation ist soweit gut badezimmer überholungsbedarf, frühstück v.a. der kaffee ein graus,sehr schmutzige fensterinnenbänke, der ziegelfußboden hatte neben dem nachtkästchen blutspuren oder sonstige spuren, auch sonst in der pension mittelmäßige reinlichkeit |

L'accueuil est excellent et les facilitees sont celles d'un hotel de trois etoiles, suf le petit dejeuner. Le matin du depart, le petit dejeuner n'etait pas pret meme pas a 8 heures, allors qu'on aurait du le prendre a 7 h et demi; le gars qui etait la ne semblait pas avoir quoi que ce soit a cirer. Une mauvaise impressiom de depart, alors que tout avait ete parfait jusque la. |

Die Lage in der Nähe zum Ponte Vecchio und der traumhafte Blick über die Boboli Gärten und die Dächer der Stadt Florenz von den beiden Terrassen, Bus zum Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe, Lärmschutzfenster, gratis Internetzugang.... Die Treppen sind etwas eng und für Gehbehinderte zu mühsam.Außerdem könnte eine Erfrischung der Innenausstattung von Vorteil sein. |
