Staff was terrific! Did everything possible to make the stay a real treat!

I liked it all!!

All the staff at the hotel were wonderful, so helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely little bar which is open late, and a beautiful dining room with a fabulous view of the beach. The room was large and well equipped with shutters over the windows which is great for an afternoon nap! The bathroom was huge, spotless and well designed.

There was a big tanker anchored in the bay the whole time we were there which was noisy and spoilt the view a bit, and the hotel next door were doing noisy renovations, but that can't be helped! We still had a lovely stay here.

The bathroom was quite old fashioned and small for a 4* Also do not trust google maps for the locatin of the hotel, it is wrong! Still a wonderful Hotel, would definitley stay again :-)

The helpful, friendly staff, the picturesque lay-out of the accomodation within the hotel gardens, the meals, and the nocturnal silence. It's also handy for access to the village, the volcano treks and the ferries.

it is totally overpriced - and really needs renovation.... showers were not working well, rooms keep same decoration for 40 years - and services are a joke (they even charge you extra money for orange juices during breakfast) - you expect much more when paying so much money for a room!!!!!!

It was an excellent stay at this hotel! Very friendly staff who helps you. Nice swimming pool, nice location of the hotel. We have booked a room with a splendid view at the sea and an big balcony. It is paradise! The restaurant is also excellent with a nice bar, good wine, good cocktails. When you arrive with the boat, they are there for you with a taxi to bring you at the hotel, for free.

From the time we arrived the staff could not have been more helpful.The facillities were great,the pool was fantastic when you wanted a change from the beach across the road!!.The location is great,even though Stromboli is a small Island the location is ideal especially when going on boat trips around or to other nearby Islands. Our 4 night stay was magic and we were very sad to leave,we will be back!! Thanks to Diego and the Team.

Great location very clean ,great attentive staff,beautiful pool amazing views from the rooms,lovely food choices,seafood was fresh just out of the water!! One of the friendliest hotels I have stayed at,you can tell it is a family hotel as the staff and owners are proud of their facility.

La Sirenetta Park hotel is very nice and clean. It's across the street from the ocean and a 10 minute walk to the village! The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly - and most of them speak English! They have a driver that picks up their guests from the port and drops them off at the time of departure. Stromboli is a very peaceful / calm island - perfect for relaxing. The rooms are large, clean and basic, but the views are spectacular! Ask for an sea view room - it's worth it! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Stromboli!

Large detached room with a lovely balcony where you can sip you drink looking at sea. Built in a pure Aeolian style this quite big hotel was a pleasure to stay in yet I didn't get excited.

Expensive and slow wi-fi connection. Had to ask for a laundry bag several times before getting one. Poor breakfast which is the major blow since it's in a region constantly kissed by the sun, would have expected more freshness.

The staff were amazing.... greeting me straight off the boat and transferred me to the hotel....ended up staying and extra night was no problem was shown up to room and luggage taken for me!!! Check in and check out very quick... Staff helpful and knowledgeable about the area and recommend activities. I had an amazing stay Thanks!!! Will be back

A very friendly familymanagment and good service.

The location was breathtaking! From our balcony we had a perfect view of both the volcano and of the seaside. The staff was extremely accomodating and appreciative of our business- We had MANY travel issues with our ferries being cancelled both to and from the island and the hotel manager was incredibly helpful in assisting with our changes. He even notified us of updates as we passed through the main lobby. I would stay at this location again in a heartbeat. Fantastic experience!

Good location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very nice to give me and my friends a room upgrade. The only problem is quality of wifi which is poor and only available at the lobby. We were also unlucky that the ship delivering water was in for the day, noisy. But all was well because the hotel is very nice and wonderful location.

Sehr freundlich und umsichtig geführte Hotelanlage wunderschön gelegen, mit ruhigen großen Swimmingpool und direkt an einem großen schwarzen Sandstrand. Besonders von den höher gelegenen Zimmern hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und Strombolicco.

Super lage, direkt am Strand. Sehr sympatische anlage. gemütlich. hübscher pool. perfekter ausgangspunkt für eine vulkantour.

-tres cher pour des prestations lamentables pour un hotel qui se veut 4 etoiles. Il en merite pas plus de 2. -petit dejeuner reduit au plus simple avec du café en lessiveuse, des oeufs froids et pain décongelé -rapport prix/prestations negatif -

Muy contento con todo. Es un poco antiguo pero va muy bien con la zona y la experiencia de conocer un lugar tan increible. Muy agradecido al personal. Lo recomiendo fuertemente. La arena negra de la playa a 20 m del hotel increible. La vista desde la habitacion del frente un poema. Solo gracias

No llega el wifi a la habitacion. El patio interno merece una mano de pintura y algun cambio. Desluce un poco todo lo demas que es casi perfecto.
