Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

We loved the friendliness of this B&B. The breakfast is delicious!! Francesca and Ricardo we're very helpful with information on where to visit and places to eat! This B&B is located next to the lake and the view is breathtaking. We will be coming back again. |

Although it rained during our stay, Francesca was truly a 'ray of sunshine' providing us with alternative sightseeing tips. Her hospitality is A+ as were her wonderful breakfasts. |

The owners are very friendly, sensible and caring - they do a great job to make you feel at home. The breakfast is very nice with delicious homemade food changing almost every day. The view from my room was spectacular with beautiful sunrises over the mountains across the Lake. I wasn't aware that there wouldn't be a phone and TV in the room, but maybe that was my fault not reading the room description carefully enough. Parking is a problem, particularly if one doesn't get one of the two places at the house. The next options is public parking about 200 m away with a dangerous walk along a very busy road - nothing to be done at night. |

Amabilité, gentillesse. Petit déjeuner très copieux et très varié ! Calme, tranquilité. Cadre et vue magnifiques ! Pas de parking pour la voiture sauf un à 2 places mais toute une affaire pour en sortir et assez dangereux ! |

La Sorgente...! C'est de toute évidence une belle maison idéalement placée au bord du lac, mais c'est aussi une rencontre extra avec les hôtes du B&B : Francesca et Ricardo. Quel accueil, quelle énergie, quelle gentillesse... Un moment privilégié qui nous a ravi !!! Merci bcp!!! |

zeer vriendelijk onthaal - wij logeerden in een appt in het hogergelegen dorp - leuk om te weten dat je de helft tot één tiende betaalt per overnachting vergeleken bij de hotels op eerste linie kamer met zeer basic inrichting - schaars verlicht - oud meubilair - geen uitzicht - weinig comfort - doorgezakte bedden - er zijn wat dringende kosten aan - gelukkig zat het weer mee zodat wij daar niet veel tijd moesten doorbrengen - het hogergelegen appt leek dan weer iets moderner |

Am besten gefallen hat unsdie herzliche Art der Eigentümer, die jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen und einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen haben. Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre mit wunderschönen Ausblicken vom Zimmer! Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag anders und die Eigentümer backen Kuchen, frisches Brot und allerlei sontige Leckereien stets selbst. |

Chambre d'hote tres bien située sur le Lac Majeur avec une vue imprenable sur les iles et un jardin agréable en terrasses. A 10min à pied du centre de Baveno. Tres bon petit-dejeuner, hotes tres accueillants. acces dangereux: dans un virage, pas de trottoir... Eviter la chambre du bas: Gardenia, froide et humide. La maison est entre une route tres empruntée et une voie de chemin de fer: gardez les fenetres fermées la nuit! |
