Recently renovated with modern appeal
Just a few steps from the train station, near supermarkets and the museum "casa enzo Ferrari". Nice staff, they give you several options of places to visit, restaurants and local activities. The hotel is very nice.
The elevator is a bit slow... but... you can wait or take the stairs
my room and my bathroom were clean and well heated. all the staff has been very kind and helpful. The hotel is situated very near to the city center and just a 5 minutes walk from the train station
the breakfast was quite poor even if everything was very fresh and well done. I had to wait at least 10 minutes to have the external door opened after midnight (but it was new year's eve and it was very very late maybe 4am in the morning)
We had an apartment that suited us.
We were at the suite which was very nice and quite
no elevator No water pressure!
Noise and poor forniture !
Very friendly staff, very helpful. Being a hot night we had to ask for the Air con remote (which was not in the room and they where most obliging at no extra charge. Breakfast was very good.
We had worries we'd have to pay for air con extra and that would have been a big disappointment in this day and age.
Proximity to train station.
Seperate building for suite ( it's as if it's someone's apartment that they have rented out to the hotel). 60 stairs and no lift, no wi-fi in suite, you have to go downstairs out the building and into the hotel. Loud buzzing/humming noise every 60 seconds 24/7. Most noticeable in the main bedroom and the living room. The room is advertised as "sound proof". Non English speaking staff... I get that were in Italy, however tourism is their business. Breakfast was okay.
The hotel was great for our needs over 2 days Located 5 mins walk from station saved draghing luggage across town. Very close to Ferrari museum and am easy 15 minute walk to The centre. For a short stop over this hotel offerreded great value with helpful staff.
Unfortunately one of the nights we stayed road works were being undertaken so steep disrupted. But this was hardly the fault of the hotel how ever.
We made a stop, between Munich and south Italy and it was perfect. Easy to find and park. Not so noisy as said other comments. Breakfast is simple, but for the overall price, one cannot complain. Just 5 minutes nice walk to the old town, very convenient.
that's true., elevator is slow... but who cares!?!?
Lobby was nice, rooms bit less but not bad
it was non smoking room but the smell of smoke was clear when asking for hot water for the water for the baby they wanted to charge 5E
Very nice staff.
The air conditioning is good. Location is good if you don't intend to travel to city center. We only went to the Ferrari museum at Modena and Maranello. Staffs are warm.
The room wasn't clean enough. Blood stain on 1 of the towels and a few strands of hair on the bed. Location is far from the city center and the surrounding can be quiet at night. Facilities were basic.
Friendly staff Good location - near train station and city centre
Lift is very slow with no internal door Furniture is cheap and the feel of the bedroom is like a hostel
It was a Motel I suppose and I did not believe my eyes; when I arrived into the room, Very cheap & unpleasant. It is very far from a HOTEL at all.
The room was spacious, excellent air conditioning, great to have a fridge. The staff, especially Silvia, went out of their way to help me (I needed to print and scan) and charged a reasonable fee. Breakfast options were limited but the quality was good.
The location was not as central as I expected, and the room was noisy due to the traffic nearby and the proximity to the railroad (the former was an issue especially between midnigth and 7am)
On the outskirts of Modena, easy to walk to centre of town. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good. The room was reasonably spacious for Europe, as was the bathroom. I would stay here again.
The lift wasnt working The wifi was really slow
The worst management I have ever had in any hotel in all my years of travelling. When booked they have my credit card details. At midnight the manager actually started banging on my son"s room door, when opened he demand payment. Immediately. He came back 15 minutes later threatening to get police.. His day staff had not put the paperwork in the right place so we were subjected to abuse. Avoid at all cost
Very friendly staff. Very good and rich breakfast, Large room and large bathroom, Air-con, Centrally located, Parking possibilities in front of the hotel, Fast wi-fi, Flat TV in the room, Nicely decorated building.
Located near the train station
Breakfast was poor, no service staff, lonely place.
Lift did not work, noisy place at night with traffic and trains
Close to train station, value, clean, comfortable bed
Very limited supplies for breakfast. Two rooms eat and dishes not replenished - next person goes hungry.
Close to station an Enzo Ferrari museum
No restaurants close by
Good WiFi connection, friendly staff, good breakfast. Close to the train station, but quite remote from everything else.
