Really friendly owner - greeted us with wine and a board of cheese :) and provided extra blankets when I got a cold.
We liked the location. Good wifi. Hot water shower. Nice old building with lots of character.
No glasses for water but really not that big a deal.
Claudio has put in a coffee maker in the hall where you can make your own LAVAZZA coffee. He also gave us "tickets" to have breakfast in one of the two bars, and I enjoyed standing there with the locals, sipping my coffee, and munching on my croissant with cream. It was an experience I totally enjoyed.
The B&B is situated in a typical charming Centro Storico City Palace in the very centre of Napoli. The room was really clean and is decorated in a modern, but still classy and chic style. Breakfast is taken at two near bars of which you can chose (you get coupons for the bar, they include a normal Italian breakfast - caffè and dolce). The owner/host is super kind, very cooperative and interested and gives you an an introduction with the best places to be in Napoli. We would totally go there again during our next trip to Naples!
Nice and clean place, with a personal touch of Claudio. Spacious bathroom and good shower! Good location in Old centre.
For breakfast you get tickets to go to a bar down the street. This includes only one coffee and one croissant/donut/bagle. We expected a little bit more.
Everything. Was a real napoli experience feeling like a local but in luxury!
big and nice rooms
breakfast is served in one of two cafes of choice near the place. It consists only of cafe and a cornetto ( croissant). I know it's italian breakfast, but for most of people this is not enough. The owner could be more welcoming.
staff is realy great , location is very good
room with a private bathroom outside is terrible , also breakfast is just one crossiant and drink
Large stylish rooms, great location.
My boyfriend and I were in Naples for 6 days and we were extremely happy with where we stayed. The location is in a safe area with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Claudio was helpful and answered any questions we had, oh and breakfast was yummy.
Location couldn't be better as it is right in the middle of everything important in Napoli, also very close to the metro stations Toledo and Universita (5 minutes by foot) and to the port. The owner, Claudio is very friendly and helpful as he gave us lots of hints and tips& tricks of what to visit or where to eat and drink. Rooms are spatious and the building from 1500 gorgeous, although in renovation. Although a very noisy and crowded city, the sleep was good with the help of the good window blinds. As we have booked by mistake less nights than we were supposed to beacuse of amisunderstanding with the flight, we could stay and take a nap in our old room after coming back from the airport at 7 a.m. The other room was ready for us in a very short time. We totally recommend this hotel from every point of we. When we will return, we will book Tela Bianca for sure :-).
Really NO objections
Really cosy BB with an excellent location, delicious pizza just around the corner and real Italian bakeries for breakfast served at a café downstairs.
The b&b is very well located. Very friendly staff
The wifi is bad in the room (ok in the common area). The bathroom of our room was outside (for some rooms, it is inside) and we have to cross a long corridor and the entrance to go there.
Everything, even the scary old elevator!
A/C, comfortable, clean, and stylish.
The area is a bit sketchy.
Tamara and Claudio were so helpful - right from the beginning. Claudio gave me perfect directions to get to the hotel. Once there, even though I was a little early, they made every effort to have my room ready so I could sleep (I'd been on an super early morning flight). Tamara was amazing, she helped me so much with all the questions I had about Naples, and gave me practical ideas about where to go and eat/see and also helped me with ideas for the next leg of my tip to the Aeolian islands. I was so grateful for all her help and her super pleasant demeanour. I would definitely stay here again. The room was very large and spacious and the bed very very comfortable.
There was some noise coming from a room next door one evening. They had their television turned up very loud. Nothing that earplugs couldn't solve and I slept very well in spite of it.
A brilliant find, excellent value for money for such spacious accommodation. It suited us well for our stay, close to the Spanish quarter and within walking distance for the port. Definitely stay there again
Arrange the time of arrival before
Spacious room and very quiet at night when sleeping. Staff helped us get orientated on our first day.
Difficult to find from the street, not easy unless someone directed you
Not bad. We only stayed one night. The BB is situatuated quite close from the centro storico. Some good and cheap trattorias in the neighbourhood.
The bathroom was not very clean. Water stayed in the shower. The breakfast that we had to take in a bar was not very satisfactory - only a croissant and coffee.
Central, good location. Helpful staff and good service. Comfortable and the breakfast at the bar option was satisfying.
- Very clean - good location - hosts have also traveled so they know what things are important - hosts very friendly and knowledgable on the local area
Excellent hosts who responded to my request timely and completely
Awesom place cor the money. Spaceful room, great interner. Places to eat or have a drink is just around the corner. The owner of the place very helpful. Would definetly recomend tbe place.
location was handy, rooms large, airy & clean, staff friendly
Very, very hard bed in one of the two rooms. Noisy toilet (macerator) in en suite. Traffic noisy, but typical of Naples.
