Our stay in Florence was absolutely lovely for all and also thanks to the very friendly hotel staff, Mario, Ludovica and Letizzia. They were pleased to help us in anything we might needed. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy something else Florence. |

Surprisingly large clean and trendy modern rooms with a great terrace area directly outside the room. B&B is situated right next Porta Romana and outside the ZTL - this means you can park on the road (free at weekends) and walk 10-15 mins into the centre and there is no chance of being fined. Friendly staff. The internal door to the B&B seems to cause a few problems with its locking system. No staff are present at night and we had to get out of bed 3 times to let in other guests. We were warned by the staff about the door but maybe a new easier locking system is needed. |

Hotel charming with lots of original features. Room excellent-large, air conditioning, clean and with own small terrace. Staff very helpful at all times-couldn't have done more. Breakfast good with variety of options. Walk to main centre not too far with Boboli gardens directly opposite. A very enjoyable stay. |

The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. The room was very homely. It was clean we had our own little terrace area outside. Free Internet connection. Lovely breakfast. I'd be happy to recommend someone else to stay there. It was a bit tricky to find. It's located on the first floor of a building so you can easily drive past. The street number is must. |

The hotel is tipically styled including the entrance hall, room, furniture, etc; is well located about 20 minutes walking from the Old Bridge and city center. There is a parking facility just in front of the hotel. |

It was within Florence and easy to get to where I was going without needing to take a cab or bus. It was hard to find--the sign is small and to the left of the door while there is a bigger sign for other things to the right of the door that distracts one from looking to the left of the door. I walked past it several times before finally finding it. The hotel staff are there and available only briefly, which did not allow me to pay my bill thus receiving a curt email about my "non-payment". I wasn't going to leave the money on the counter with no one to receive it. That irritated me beyond belief. |

Beautiful room and excellent facilities. It was very clean and a good atmosphere They did not spek Englisch very well and the walk to the centre was about 15 to 20 minutes. |

It's a beautiful place to stay, elegant and somehow private atmosphere, the place is run by the owner himself who is very helpful and serves a wonderful coffee and fresh cake in the morning. Also our three kids felt very comfortable at your place. Thanks. |

The B&B is brand-new. The accommodations are excellent, LCD's in every room, centralized air, spacious rooms and bathroom. Spacious and modern breakfast and lounge area. Although it is on a busy road, the rooms are on an inner alley and so it was very quiet. Nice terrace on the back. |

The staff were very nice and helpful. The nearby restaurant (about 10 min walk, left out the door) was our favorite in Tuscany...a wonderful dining experience. The room was very clean and a beautiful frescoe on the ceiling was a nice touch. |

The B&B exceeded our expectations (which are always high). It is in an amazing location by Giardino di Boboli/Palazza Pitti: 15 minutes walk from the very centre, yet feels very resedential and offers a welcome retreat from the crowds. The residence is beautiful and extremely clean. The private terrace adds to the romantic experience. |

The hotel is family-run style and was very friendly. The room had enough space for a family for 4 persons and very cosy and clean with nice ceiling painted in fresco. Slightly far from the central city but only took 10 min walk to access. |

The room was beautiful, the breakfast was decent, and the terraces at each room were really nice to have. There was construction outside that started at 8 am every day. :( |
