Ideal location, very nice landlady who porvides lots of information about the city sights; bicycles available are very useful for relaxing tour of the city
No free space on the tables or bedside cabinet because of the huge collection of gimmicks everywhere
Room and bathroom facilities Beautiful terrace Very useful information about city sights Charming host and hostess Location out if city center, can be reached easily on bike
it's location next to the river and easy access to the city. Loved Lydia (the land lady), It's worth going to stay there for her alone.
Fairly busy road outside your window, and the beds could be a little comfier, which i imagine more demanding folks than i could have a gripe with.
Good wellcome, easy access, owner friendly, good informations and advices for visiting the city, plaisant chamber, excellent breakfast
Lidia is so generous and wonderful. She picked us up from the airport, and proceded to give us a driving tour of Torino. What a generous host, who provides her knowledge of her city to provide her guests with an amazing experience. Her home is a collection of the most interesting pieces of art. There was even a jukebox in our room. I highly recommend this location to any traveler. You are bound to have a wonderul experience. Breakfasts are a real treat. I think that Lidia makes the most amazing chocolate cake.
Everything was great. It is easy to take No. 15 tram into the city centre. The shared bathroom is very clean; you should not have any reservations about this. I hardly noticed another guest present.
Very nice! The hostess is very nice, the apartment is just like a museum! Thank you, Lidia! Really recommended! Free bikes! Apartment is just on the river, very nice and pleasant terrace with a view. The hostess is a professional guide, speaking several languages, giving you great advices what to see and where to go.
For us everything was perfect! Just for some business travelers it might be worthy to consider- breakfast can not be served very early + the district is very nice, but you have to walk around 20 min/take a bus to get to the city center.
This B&B was wonderful; everything is conveniently located and the owner, Lidia, very informative. Wished we had stayed longer in Turin. We would highly recommended this B&B.
Apartment in modern building with beautiful -- and restful -- tree-lined view of the Po; Warm hostess with plenty of helpful information about Turin; Sitting on the apartment's terrace facing the Po was a great pleasure after spending all day in the city; Outside-the-center location afforded easy and free street parking right next to B&B; a bus ride into the center of Turin took only 5 or so minutes; Apartment's engaging decor reflected hostess's eclectic interests and experiences; Breakfasts were a real treat: breads, cheeses, home-made cakes, &c.!
As expected quirky - but a fabulous place to stay and made to feel very welcome. Great breakfast.
Forgot to ask before we booked but this is not a smoke-free home. Be prepared for the (feint) whiff of tobacco in your room.
That was a great place. Lydia the owner is so nice and gave me so much information about the city and the rest of my trip during our talk at breakfast. If a go back in Turin for sure I will stay again at this place. Thanks a lot again!
Lidia is an amazing woman, who sits with you every morning at breakfast (which is very satisfying) to tell you about the history of the city and what things to go see. The room was really cool, decorated with items from her many years of traveling. We had a great time and even ended up staying an extra night because we were so comfortable there. Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone visiting Turin.
Great location, very comfortable, friendly owner, beautiful city
