Philipe goes out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Great guy!

No parking inside city walls. Parking outside city walls: read the sign about street sweeping.

the apartment was in an great position a good size and great view over the square

on arrival we were told there had been a water leak and could not stay at the apartment. We were taken to a much smaller apartment with a view of a brick wall to the front and a tree to the back. After complaining to we were moved to the useppi where the cleaners were clearing the apartment fridge and bedding. We were shown the area that was flooded, which still had dust on the floor. You must draw your own conclusion! Anyway we were given 2 2.5euro bus tickets and a snowball as compensation

The accommodation was really unique, with beautiful views of the square from the tower 'room' of the apartment. The location is fantastic and the apartment was very spacious. I wouldn't describe the furnishings and facilities as 'luxury', but in general, it had everything we needed. Overall, I thought it was excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Just a small issue, but some of the kitchen equipment seemed rather well-used and could do with replacing.
