Built in 1700, La Vedetta has a hilltop location with panoramic views out over Livorno and the surrounding green hills. It offers air conditioned rooms, a large buffet breakfast and free parking. Good room. Spacious, clean and airconditioning. Restaurants near by. Staff is not very helpful and looks not interested. Situated on top of hill. Not much to do for children.

All over a very good hotel experience. Our room had the most magnificent view of all of Livorno. Fantastic. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious, cozy and clean. It is situated some way away frim the city centre, but excellent public transportation makes it easy to get to the city. A small electric train takes you from the little square by the hotel and down the steep slopes to where the bus stop is. Very quaint and efficient. Breakfast is always an issue in Italy... This hotel was no exception. Though I have seen much worse.

The Hotel's has a wonderfull view on the city and coast of Livorno and offers a lot of space to enjoy this view from different view points. The room was very big, with an backdoor leading to the terras. The surrounding area is enjoyablen, relaxing and peacefull compaired with the city center of Livorno. Hard to get to the hotel, since the streets are very steep and narrow, and the city map do not indicate this very well and on scale. (we didn't have GPS ...).

- The location was extremely nice, high up in the mountain outside Livorno (although its hard to find) - The hotel has got a Panorama Teracce which can be used for sunbathing and relaxing. - The general standard of the hotel is OK compared to the price. - The breakfast is OK. Large parts of the rooms have no view whatsoever, be aware of that when you book a room.

Très bonne hotel de bon standing avec une vue magnifique et un très copieux petit déjeuner. La chambre est propre et spacieuse peut etre un peu trop cher si vous ne reserver pas par le site booking.

Très bon accueil. Un petit déjeuner peut être pris dès 6 heures du matin ce qui permet de rejoindre l'embarcadère sans avoir le ventre vide. Café chaud, croissants, pain beurre confiture, il est qualifié de "simple". Je l'ai trouvé plus que suffisant. Un petit détail que j'avais omis: l'hôtel ne fait pas restaurant. Ils sont tous en contrebas et le samedi soir ils sont souvent complets!

Der Blick, den man vom Hotel aus hatte und die ruhige Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr staubig, vergessene Socken vom Vor-Gast, Flecken auf der Matratze und auf dem Laken, Möbel abgestoßen. Im Bad Schimmel in der Dusche, Schmutz in den Ecken und Leisten am Boden sowie am Waschbecken in der Silikonfuge, der sich mit dem Finger abrubbeln ließ.Unangenehmer Geruch. Hygienisch ganz hart an der Schmerzgrenze.Nach Reklamation Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer mit den gleichen Eigenschaften - nur ohne Socken. Ausschilderung/Wegbeschreibung zum Hotel absolut irreführend, Navi keine Hilfe.

Péssimo atendimento, pessoal não preparado para receber turistas. Banheiro horrível. Aparência decadente. O pior breakfast que já comemos. Jamais voltaremos a esse decadente hotel.

Das Hotel besticht mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht! Leider gibt es keine Balkone, aber eine sehr schöne Panoramaterrasse. Der Anfahrtsweg ist typisch italienisch...sehr enge, kurvige nicht einsehbare Straßen...nichts für Anfänger! Zimmer schön geräumig, aber sanierungsbedürftig und unsauber. Sehr einfaches Frühstück.. Das Bad bräuchte eine Generalüberholung.

posizione panoramica e tranquilla l'arredamento è decisamente fatiscente così come l'illuminazione. La camera, nonostante sia stata quella di medio livello (posso immaginare la standard.....) era buia con una finestra affacciata su un cortilletto interno.Il bagno davvero inadeguato per un hotel 3 stelle (box doccia in plastica, maioliche con muffa e specchio sul lavabo decisamente anni 70 (si vedeva solo il viso). Colazione stile bar (da non spacciarsi per buffet..)

Hotel a właściwie dom pielgrzyma obok Sanktuarium w Mantenero na północy Livorno. Widoki bajeczne. Niecodzienna atmosfera - przeżycie godne polecenia. Dwie znakomite restauracje na górze - uwaga :czynne do 9.30. Bardzo skomplikowany dojazd stromymi uliczkami Montenero, bez wskazówek z booking.com i dibrych ludzi - niemożliwy. Można dojechać kolejką linową.
