The hotel was good value for 3 average travelers. It was an easy walk with luggage from the train station, it was central to the Duomo area and right next to the tourist infomation centre. Staff were wonderful and the rooms were always clean. |

I was there for a short honeymoon trip with my wife. The hotel staff was very very accomodating. We arrived late in the evening and was pleasantly suprise to see some welcome drink in our room to celebrate our honeymoon trip. The room was very cosy and we love it. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family travelling to Florence. |

Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and 2 girls aged 8 and 5. We booked a quad room which was perfect for us. The hotel is located in the same building as the Columbo Hotel, is the sign from the street. It is on the third floor above the Da Vinci gallery. The room was very nice, clean and had a good bathroom. Service was great, they booked our museums for us and were very helpful. Location is awesome and our room was not noisy at all. Can't wait to go back! |

The staff was excellent, they were so helpful and very accomodating. The room was very small even for European standards. It was fine for us, we were not bothered by it but something to note. |

Clean bedroom. Modern, cleanly appointed bathroom. Hotel close to main attractions. Traffic noise from street below and early morning street refuse collection (at 5.45am.) Bedroom windows didn't close securely enough to block the noise. Breakfast service not great.Strange security system-when someone either removes /replaces room key in pigeonhole at reception without permission, it causes a power cut. Our room plunged into total blackness twice during stay. |

There is someone always there at the reception desk to help. They answered all my emails quickly and accurately. they helped us book Uffizi and Accademia. The first night, we arrived after 10 pm, the gentleman there helped us valet park our car and gave us a city map and pointed out all the interesting sights... The second night our son was coughing and the lady there prepared warm water with honey to help relieve his coughing... We appreciate their help very much and extended our stay for the second night. |

Hotel near Duomo, only 5 minutes. The area for 4 persons very good. The breakfast is also good. The car parking is very expensive: 30 Euros by night but is the price for stay near the centre. Also the lift is very small. The hotel is not in TomTom, Garmin and Nokia Maps. |

The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating and helpful. The location was good and within walking distance of the David statue and the Rialto Bridge. I would refer a friend to stay there and/or stay again if I return to the area. The live music in the Republic Square and on the Rialto Bridge were both were enjoyable. |

Incredible and pleasant staff who always extend help when needed, including local tour bookings and sightseeing tips. Only minor complaint is the air-con in the room we stayed dripped on the final night. |

Staff was amazingly helpful, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Room was a little stuffy (only one window, so there was little air circulation.) And the hair dryer was really bad. |

Hotel pequeño pero muy muy céntrico, desayuno justo pero completo (café exquisito). Atención del personal excelente y muy bien decorado. Vistas a 50m del Duomo. Tercer piso. No apto para personas "corpulentas" (ascensor, baño, salón desayuno,...). Parking caro 26€/noche. Volvería, muy aconsejable!! |

Удачное расположение отеля по отношению к достопримечательностям. Неплохой завтрак. Очень маленькие номера. У отеля нет собственной вывески, из-за этого его трудно найти. Это, собственно, и не отель, а так называемый "дом туриста" или "ночлежка". |
