It was close to museums and other sites. Lots of restaurants nearby.
The elevator to the hotel is very small.
Mattress was very bad. Very small room . Breakfast very poor.
Very close to everything we wanted to see in Florence include the duomo and museums. Nice staff and an included breakfast!
Unlike all of our other reservations this hotel takes card details but no payment when making the reservation which then meant we were surprised at having to pay when we left.
good place for a night in the city, perfect location, very friendly staff
a bit too noisy, one can hear guests coming and speaking in their rooms
fair value for money
junior room is very small
Great location, staff very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is also good. Will come back in the future.
The room we had was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The location, close to the city centre was very appealing to us as most attractions were in walking distance. Good variety on offer for breakfast.
There was no facality in the rooms to make our own tea! A beverage station would be good. There was no safe in our room.
very close to the historical center, really cute and clean.
Breakfast wasn't so great. very simple and basic
Lovely decor Very friendly and helpful staff Good facilities Nice breakfast
Location: conveniently in the center
Very noise room. The choice was either to close the window and sleep in a sauna (without airco) or a freezer (with airco), or to open the window and not being able to sleep because of the noise of the street. If you come to breakfast at 9.30 hrs chances are high that almost nothing is left to eat. Additionally, lots of small things were broken (e.g., the door of the shower, the airconditioning in the breakfast room, dead batteries in the remote, etc). Definitely not worthy of 3 stars.
Centrally located with short walk to Duomo. Comfortable and clean and great value for money. Good for a short city break.
Difficult to find, located above shops with entrance down a corridor. Breakfast a bit sparse.
No attendant was there to assist. WIFI was out of order in hotel
Location is very covenient to visit the city. The family room is fine for four people.
The hotel is a bit noisy due to the road.
RECEPTION DIDNOT GET TRAIN WELL ENOUGH. YOUNG LADY IS NOT SO POLITE
location only. nothing else is good about this hotel
the hotel is a travellers nightmare. very dirty rooms. old and stinky matress. no fresh air in room. unfriendly staff. horrific breakfast. very thin walls, all can be heard through. never ever go to this hotel anymore.
poor breakfast, cleanliness, small room and no place to but my bags, very old and poor furniture
Locality in the centre of the Town, near the Duomo.
Small room and even smaller bathroom. We get a room with only one very small window overlooking a roof of the adjacent building. Poor breakfast.
A little difficult to find initially but well worth it for location and friendliness. Small, intimate hotel. Will be recommending!
Location and staff are excellent!
I stayed at this hotel for three times before and the facilities were espetacular. It is a petty I can only review as poor now. Bath with drowning water and smell of old and closed rooms. Poor breakfast.
Location was the only good thing
Mold made me sick. This was the worse hotel we experienced in our entire trip to Italy. Not only are the staff unpleasant but the entire apartment and bathroom contained mold. I have photos I will post if this site allows me to. I got really sick. We stayed there only 2 nights but as soon as we went to our next destination, I felt much better. Also, the hotel had a list of services they provided, such as laundry (item #6), I also took a picture of this list. When we asked to have our laundry washed, one guy said to wait until the next crew came in and they would do it. I later found out he said this because his shift was almost over. When I asked the next person that relieved him (a woman) she said that they don't do laundry at that hotel. I didn't feel like arguing any more so we took our dirty clothes with us to the next destination. The bed was very old and extremely lumpy. We could not get any sleep. I would suggest not using this hotel at all and finding a more customer service oriented hotel (if you can) somewhere else.
The room is really old.
Location! Very near to the main places to visit! Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Thanks!!!!!
Room was a little small. But it's fair due to the price!
Its amazing how quiet it is given its proximity with the Duomo (like a 4 minute walk). Its very neat and clean, and the bathrooms are spacious, somewhat of a luxury at the price. The staff are simply incedibly helpful, and that makes the stay yet more pleasant. The AC works well and a nice feature since its gets quite warm, another little luxury.
Staff was helpful, breakfast was good, we were just 5 minutes walk from cathedral!
Perfect location and comfortable rooms
Breakfast quite poor
