To small and smelly washrooms!

Great location, close to all the sights and amenities. Hotel staff were very knowledgable and accommodating. Room was perfect for our needs and cleanliness was second to none.

The location is great just a 2 minutes walk from The Duomo.

The hotel is really old and they really need to change their dirty bed covering with a quilt. The breakfast is OK when compared with the price but do not have high expectations.

Location: 600 m from the Duomo. Good breakfast; fresh eggs and even the German rye bread. Friendly staff.

Sink and shower flooding - water not draining.

This is a "hotel" on the 3rd floor and it was centrally located, 3 min walk to the duamo. And about 15 min from the train station. Very friendly staff and ok breakfast.

The bed was very old and hard, you could feel the springs. And they had some water damages on the wall in our room.

Close to the city centre and railway station SMN, nice design (girls will like it), nice staff

The bathrooms are quite compact and the breakfast is not airconditioned

Hotel's location is great, in 2 minutes you are at the Duomo. Personnel is friendly and they did their best to accommodate our wishes.

Hotel room is very small and cramped, but as we were mainly out visiting Florence we did not mind this very much. The bed however was very bad and we could not really sleep well, even after long days of visiting sites in Florence... The hotel has a very good value for the money however, and it is so ideally located that we did not mind the size of the room and the quality of bed.

elevator toilet in the room was bad (water doesnt go easily when showering...)

Best thing first: the hotel has a fantastic atmosphere to it. Like an old monastery (rooms furnished accordingly simple - but adequate!) with a beautiful green courtyard. Really special. Breakfast was very good (many choices) and despite the size of the hotel (they have several conference rooms) it was not crowded or loud. Loved to relax there after a long day out in Pisa and/or surroundings. 10-15Min to the airport, ca. 5Min to the central station. Staff was helpful and nice.

No complaints. But one should be aware, that the hotel is about 20min walk from downtown Pisa. We liked it for it.

Very nice small hotel, occupying one floor of the period building, close to the city center (just a couple of minutes walk to the Dome). Helpful reception, rooms recently renovated and quite charming. Welcoming water and some cookies provided.

unfortunately we didn't like almost anything but the morning coffee.

The room that we asked to was different from what we asked, although we sent writtten specification for our needs. no one find the time to let us know before we come that we are not going to have two different bad at the room. in order to give us what we want they asked for almost double cost, and only after we show them that it was written on our order, and therefore we will more to another hotel, they offered another room for no extra payment. we wanted to reduce the staying from 7 days to 4, and they insist to get paymnet for all the 7 days, although the policy on the conformation was that the penalty supposed to be only one night extra, only after the involving of the bookin team they agreed to get the penulty for one night instead of..
