The hotel is located not far from the city center. It takes only about 10-15 min to reach Duomo di Milano. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room wi-fi works fine. The hotel breakfast is rather poor. They do not offer fresh fruits. But those who prefer coffee&croissant will be more than satisfied. The walls are so thin that it is easy to hear what is going on next door. There is no shower hose in the bathroom.

The Hotel was clean and is nicely located near the navigly. The price is also good for a city like Milan. The safe in our room didn´t work. When I complained about that, I was answered "It has never worked". Nobody bothered to repair it. Breakfast went only until 9.30h, and if one came around nine, sometimes things like butter were already finished. All in all, the client-orientation was quite low. One of the receptionists was quite unfriendly.

The lady at reception (day) was doing her best The (old) guy at reception (evening / night) was downright rude, speaking no english at all and talking about me and other guests with a colleague in Italian, he also tried to make some money by not paying me change when I bought a can of soda. This was also with his colleague present. I wont return to this hotel.

Clean, cheap, comfortable hotel with everything you need for a city break. Very close to the bars and restaurants of the Navigli and a 15 minute walk from the Duomo.

I liked this small family run hotel down a quiet side street - no noise at all. The room was very clean and a good size. Although the owners speak very little English they were friendly. By Milan standards it was very good value. Great bar nearby (Henry's). Quite a long walk to the nearest metro.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is just near navigli and the tram passes in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful although they did not speak english. The breakfast was also nice. Only cheese was missing from it. The towels may be more cleanier.

-The location was great, just in the heart of Milan's most alternative neighborhood, Navigli, and only 15 minutes walk to Duomo. -Very cozy and romantic room, well conditioned and clean. -The hotel staff(receptionist) don't speak english at all, so that the communication is sort of hard, even in the easiest subjects.

Great value for money. Good location. The hotel has been recently renovated. The staff is nice and the venue is very cosy. some ham and cheese on the breakfast buffet would make it from good to excellent

I really liked its confortable beds. The room was close to the main hall, during the morning it was very noise and annoying. This room had two floors, the bed was in the one upstairs. It is a bit unconfortable because you have to go u and down every moment.

This hotel has much higher standard than one star, especially for Italy. I have been to four star hotels in Italy that did not provide such clean, comfortable rooms with fantastic breakfast. And it is extremely cheep as for Milan. I very much recommend this hotel.

The room was way more bigger than I expected. There were lots of thoughtful little items (such as tooth brushes with mini tooth paste, etc.) provided. The location was great - just around the corner from the nightlife action, next to canals full of bars and restaurants.
