The location is good, quite near to Montepulciano and Acquaviva, the swimming pool is big and pleasant and there is an unforgettable terrasse looking onto the Tuscan hills, a great place for reading or a romantic moment. The house itself is quite nice and well taken care of. Apartment was well equiped, but a bit sad. No extra services or attention here. No eating possibility in the house or nearby. A nice place, but could be more welcoming.

We have stayed at La Casa Delle Querce many times and its standards still remain very high. We love its location in the countryside within easy reach of Montepulciano and other interesting sights, and its quiet relaxed feel. Nothing to complain about - we always enjoy our stays.

posto molto tranquillo, con bellissimo panorama. Ottimo come base per conoscere quella parte della Toscana. Il titolare dà consigli sul come muoversi ed esprime grande sensibilità nel mettere a proprio agio i clienti.

Sicuramente la struttura, veramente bella e ben tenuta; io ci sono andata nel pieno dell'inverno ma sicuramente si godrebbe meglio del posto in estate, per vivere soprattutto la piscina che si affaccia sullo spettacolo della Val di Chiana. Il propietario è discreto, professionale e disponibile.

El paisatge dels voltants és impressionant vist des dels jardins de la casa: et pots preparar l'esmorzar en una terrassa que té una vista increïble. En Luca, el propietari, molt amable. Jardins i piscina impecables. Apartament molt correcte. Ubicació perfecte per visitar el sud de la Toscana (Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona...). Molt ben indicat des del camí principal. Molt recomanable.

Rewelacyjne położenie, piękne widoki, blisko do wielu sredniowiecznych miasteczek Toskanii. Super basen - może nie najnowszy ale całkiem duży. Na pobyt rodzinny rewelacyjne miejsce, dzieciaki do południa siedziały w basenie a po sjescie ruszalismy zwiedzac kolejne miasteczka. Bardzo dobrze wyposarzone studio, naczynia, kuchnia ręczniczki, posciel - wszystko ok. Niewątpliwie bardzo romantycznie.

Van de locale wijnen, geweldig! Bedden, badkamer en keuken zijn aan vervanging toe. De locatie heeft 11 appartementen wanneer deze allemaal bezet zijn is er niet veel rust. Dus als je voor rust gaat en luxe zou ik verder zoeken.

Recomendaría sin dudar esta casa tanto por su ubicación extraordinaria como punto base para conocer la Toscana como por las comodidades que ofrece. Acquaviva está muy cerca y tiene todos los servicios necesarios. El dueño de la casa, además es muy atento, amable y muy cordial. Todo ha sido positivo.

Nette, ruhige Lage, trotzdem guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Tolle Aussicht, gepflegter Pool, Gute Ausstattung: Zweckmäßgie Küche, Wäscherei, Grill, Kostenloses wlan. Besitzer/Personal: sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich.

Un sitio muy tranquilo, con unas vistas al pueblo de Acquaviva increibles, en medio de la toscana. Muy recomendable si buscas algunos dias de tranquilidad. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, con piscina incluida. Para buscarlo es mejor poner las coordenadas que te indican para el gps ya que hay que acceder por un camino de tierra por mitad del campo (solo un pequeño tramo)... Pero a cambio tienes la mas absoluta tranquilidad :)

Przepięknie położona posiadłość, trafić raczej cięzko, ale jeśli wpisze się w GPS współrzędne to podjeżdża się pod same drzwi :) Obsługa bardzo miła, świetne wyposażenie. Najlepiej jechać dużą grupą i wynająć cały dom, wtedy basen jest do wyłącznej dyspozycji.
