Perfect! It is a family hotel, two sisters that renovated it with there very special tuch. one of them, the one that welcomed us, is a real nice, helpful, very pleasant and warm lady. we had a nice welcome drink with her and we realy enjoyed it. one can feel that she and her sister runs it with lots of love an passion, taking care for all small details. The rest of the stuff were very helpful and pleasant as well and they all speak english... when we arrived we could choose between two rooms with different view (we took the one to the castle..) It was a real joy to stay there.

“Very friendly and helpful” I had a great room with a large and comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location as it only a few minutes’ walk from the downtown area and waterfront. Good value and would recommend it.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable and the location is excellent. The internet connection drops out frequently, but I was still grateful to have some type of connection.

Excellent service. Very good breakfast. Staff were great. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent. We enjoyed the hotel and we would definitely stay again. The curtains let the hotel down because they were not dark enough to prevent the strong sunlight from entering. Lots of light very early in the morning. Most hotels have shutters or two thicker curtains to block the light. That was the only negative in an otherwise excellent hotel.

The staff was very friendly and the lady at the reception could speak very well english. They checked the departuretimes of the ferry to stromboli. Because I had to leave very early in the morning they gave me a bag so I could take some breakfast with me. The room was clean and had a nice view.

Sono stato a Milazzo per motivi di lavoro e "La Chicca Palace Hotel" è stata una meravigliosa scoperta! Situato in pieno centro, arredato con gusto, personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile. All'arrivo mi è stato offerto il cocktail di benvenuto. Camera molto pulita, dotata di ogni comfort, wi-fi gratuito. Davvero un ottimo hotel, da consigliare assolutamente!

Dopo averne provati diversi, mi hanno consigliato questo Hotel per i miei viaggi di lavoro, e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo. Il sevizio è impeccabile, la posizione è perfetta, praticamente al centro, la colazione è completissima le stanze abbastanza grandi, molto accoglienti e complete di tutti i comfort , apprezzabile la connessione in wi-fi gratuita presente in tutta la struttura. Ci tornerò presto e consiglio questo hotel a chi ha ancora qualche dubbio sulla scelta. A Milazzo è la scelta migliore.

L' accueil souriant et chaleureux de l' hotesse.Le cocktail de bien venue.La chambre spacieuse. La chambre donnant sur une rue bruyante(artère principale de Milazzo).La télévision d'un très petit format.La difficulté pour se garer.

The staff is extremely helpful. They're always ready to help at any request. I'll definitely stay at this hotel if I ever go back to Milazzo. Room is comfortable and that are some restaurants around. Near the port, easy to go the islands.
