Hotel & Resort Lacona  

All staff very friendly and helpful, more than most hotels I stay in. The hotel is now a bit dated in terms of design and decor but is kept very clean. Despite sand from the beach! Nice pool. On south of island close to several good beaches. Lovely Island.

No snacks available at lunch time. This is very much a family hotel, lots of young Italian families, normal for August on Elba. If you want some peace and relaxation avoid July and August on Elba.

The garden and swimming pool is beautiful!! Very clean, in good condition, nice garden, good furniture. The beds in the rooms are also very comfortable, and very nice, polite, smiling staff. We liked very much the daily fresh towels. The location to the beach is good, not too far. With small kids good place to spend time on the pool, walking to the beach.

The breakfast was very poor!!! Like in a 2* hotel, no fresh fruits, no vegetables. Coffee - we are in Italy!! - horrible. The egg/omlett swimming in butter. Mo fresh juice. And even the look of the serving tables like in the 70'S. very disappointing. Room vas quite small, and the bathroom also. And no balcony anywhere.We took 2 days also dinner, which was the same style and also very expensive - 35 EUr /person! The beach is also very expensive, better to take the car and go and visit all the nice beaches in Elba, also for dinner check all the nice and cheaper places close to the hotel. The evening program was quite loud sometins, had to sleep for the kids.

Delicious and various dinners! Helpful and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere, just a few steps away from the hotel's own beach. The hotel even has two tennis courts, jacuzzis, pools (one on the beachside). The island is beautyful!

Room is a bit old furnitured. Not the best place for couples looking for calm / romance, more family oriented.

We enjoyed our stay at Lacona. The room was a bit smaller than we expected, however the pool area is great and the beach is a 3 min walk. The breakfast was good (they must have improved it after some negative reviews before). This is a great hotel for families with children. The staff was very friendly and helpfu.

L'albergo non dispone di spiaggia privata e quella con cui hanno una convenzione per gli ospiti (€ 25,00 al giorno) quando si riesce a trovare un ombrellone , cosa impossibile durante il mio soggiorno,è piccola e sovraffollata e senza accesso diretto.Inoltre la piscina è a diposizione anche degli appartamenti del residence adiacente all'albergo, priva di sorveglianza e regolamento pertanto affollata a tutte le ore, schiamazzi e quanto altro.

Pulizia delle camere e buffet colazione

Camere un po' piccole e con moquet a terra vecchia. L'hotel è un po' datato (anni '70) e necessiterebbe di una rinfrescata (moquet a terra, camere piccole, parcheggio scomodo). Prezzo alto rispetto alla qualità/posizione dell'hotel

1) Bruit dans l'hôtel à partir de 6heures du matin ! 2) j'ai trouvé scandaleux de nous faire payé 150 € l'accès à la plage du Lacona ! 3) j'ai loué des raquettes de tennis : elles dataient des années 80 ! 4) le rapport qualité prix est déplorable ! 1875 € 6 nuits en demi-pension (sans les vols) pour 2 pers. ça ne les vaut absolument pas. l'hôtel est juste un 3 étoiles !

Ottima posizione, di fronte alla spiaggia di Lacona. Si attraversa la strada e in 100 metri si raggiunge il mare. Camere curate e confortevoli.

Colazione inadeguata alle 4 stelle dell'albergo e alla tradizione gastronomica Italiana. Veramente scarsa!!!! :(((

struttura vecchia, camera non all altezza di un 4 stelle. rapporto qualità-prezzo negativo (altri quattro stelle nel prezzo includono spiaggia e mezza pensione). avevo pattuito un prezzo su booking e alla partenza mi hanno fatto pagare un prezzo più alto. la spiaggia convenzionata non è come nella foto: è stretta e sovraffollata, infatti ho dovuto cercare un altro bagno.

Le calme

Le prix de la nuit est trop chere par rapport a la qualité. La piscine aurait besoin d'etre renové, notre chambeur sentait la fumée de cigarette, le petit déj n'a rien d'exceptionnel

La cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff e di tutto il personale, comprese le animatrici del gruppo bambini. Anche la cura dei dettagli, per es. Nel mantenimento delle piante in particolare quelle all'interno dei locali dell'hotel.

Un pur tenue odore di fumo in camera, nonostante la pulizia accurata, trattenuto probabilmente dalla moquette.
