la cortesia di tutto lo staff, la zona relax,la pulizia di tutto l'hotel, le camere sono spaziose e il letto è comodo. il bagno pulitissimo ma un po' poco moderno.

L'albergo è in una ottima posizione in centro e vicino all'impianto sci. La gestione è impeccabile, la cortesia e l'ospitalità sono la parola d'ordine dell'Hotel Ladina. Cucina ottima e raffinata curata nei minimi particolari. Pulizia eccellente, il centro benessere è piccolo ma completo di ogni dettaglio.

всё очень хорошо. заселили моментально. все вопросы решались быстро, хотя их, в принципе, не возникало. лифт доставляет в лыжехранилище (отапливаемое), поэтому не нужно выходить куда-то на улицу, как в соседнем отеле. спускались прямо в тапках. до подъемника недалеко, метров 350-400. цена для трех звезд немного завышена, но в итоге получается выгоднее. друзья жили в соседней "четверке", так у них за доп.услуги нужно было платить. здесь действительно wellness и wifi бесплатно.

ottima la posizione,buono il servizio,cortesia,gentilezza,disponibilita dello staff e dei proprietari,carino il centro benessere camera (303)un pò piccola,con il letto a ridosso del sottotetto per cui bisogna stare attenti, al mattino se non si è troppo svegli si rischia l'impatto con le travi in legno(molto belle in stile montano). colazione di buon livello ma migliorabile.sarebbe gradevole aver avuto l'ascensore anche nella zona nuova (probabilmente sarà fatto il prossimo anno)

Staff e direzione dell'albergo sono estremamente cortesi, puntuali e attenti alle necessità e bisogni del cliente. L'albergo è a due passi dalla funivia Col Rodella pertanto raggiungibile senza alcuna necessità di ricorrere all'auto o al bus, anche con gli scarponi da sci ai piedi

Ottima posizione, staff gentilissimo e molto efficiente, buona cucina. L'albergo inoltre offre servizi gratuiti molto graditi (wi fi, noleggio bici e utilizzo del centro benessere)! In particolare il centro benessere è molto carino e comprende idromassaggio, sauna e bagno turco...e alla fine della giornata è veramente rigenerante!! Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un piccolo difetto la nostra camera era un pò piccola, così come il bagno..che forse avrebbe bisogno di essere un pochino modernizzato. Era comunque molto molto pulita.
