Enchanting palaces, beautiful interior, These are the most beautiful rooms I have ever seen, and I was in a lot of hotels with 5 stars. Comfort, pleasure, romance ... as if you return to a past century, Baroque or Renaissance. We enjoyed everything there

Very nice hotel in an old villa. Beautiful building and beautiful property, although it is a little outlying. You need definitely a vehicle to reach it. Open air pool. Comprehensive breakfast.

No hot water in the room at 04.00 pm and at 07.30 pm but in the morning. No WiFi reception in the room. No WiFi access at the reception, because nobody knew the password. But public and free Internet computer at the reception.

Nice building, have an outdoor swimming pool and a nice garden. The parking is also convenient.

We have been accommodated in very dark room, with a high celling, so we immediately felt depressed from the atmosphere of the room. The place radiating a posh feeling, which did not really suit to our expectations. The breakfast table was not exactly faboulous for a four star standard and the capucino was awful actually. However, the other rooms might be nicer and could give you a better feeling, but we had the feeling it is a very much overpriced place to stay compared to our expectations.

L'Hotel Lady Lusya è una struttura molto accogliente e confortevole. La posizione è ideale per chi ama stare a contatto con la natura e lontano/a dai rumori della città. A noi è piaciuto molto, abbiamo gradito lo stile della struttura, degli arredi e dei giardini circostanti. La piscina è molto bella e abbastanza grande per potere fare anche delle nuotate. Il cibo è ottimo ma soprattutto siamo rimasti colpiti dalla gentilezza della direzione dell'hotel che dinanzi ad una nostra disavventura si è fatta carico nel miglior modo possibile del problema e ha offerto ogni sostegno e aiuto. Si, il nostro voto a questo hotel e al suo staff è decisamente ottimo, e consigliamo di sceglierlo. Lidia e Sergio

We kregen een warm ontvangst en voelden ons snel thuis. We hebben genoten van de rust, het zwembad en de vele citroenbomen. Het eten was ook erg goed. Voor problemen (onze zoon liep op krukken en kon moeilijk traplopen) werd altijd een oplossing gezocht. Voor het ontbijt mocht je je wensen opgeven en daar werd dan voor gezorgd.

L' impatto è molto suggestivo. L' hotel è ricavato il un vecchio casolare del '700 ristrutturato con parco e piscina. Posto nel pieno della campagna siracusana è veramente molto tranquillo e rilassante soggiornarvi. Buon ristorante e staff ( ..... del ristorante ) cortese e gentile.

La ristrutturazione dell' hotel non è recente ed una buona rivisitatina agli ambienti non guasterebbe.La nostra camera era in un' ala laterale usata probabilmente solo nel periodo estivo e non all' altezza di un albergo a 4 **** ( sono rimasto chiuso in camera ! ) . Il personale di servizio mi è sembrato, in generale, non all' altezza. Il rapporto qualità / prezzo non tra I più ottimali.

L'accès très difficile (absence de signalisation), l'accueil très peu chaleureux.

La struttura: confortevole e accogliente. Decisamente per relax lontano dalla più "movimentata" zona di Fontane Bianche

Difficile da raggiungere (soprattutto di sera): ci si arriva attraverso una piccola stradina di campagna. La piscina carina ma non proprio pulita.

De perfecte uitvalsbasis om de steden Syracuse en Noto te bezoeken. Centraal gelegen tussen de twee. Heerlijk om te ontspannen na een dagje shoppen en sightseeing. Het is heerlijk dineren in het hotel. (Guide Michelin)

Bella la struttura principale del ristorante, anche se l'esterno un pò trascurato. Buono il prezzo, perchè preso in offerta (grazie booking)

La camera era piccola e con vecchie porte e spifferi. Doccia rotta! Tortuosa la strada in terra battuta. Se non fosse per il prezzo c'era parecchio da ridire!

Molto poco, pulizia della camera e bagno. Non è un 4 stelle.

Non si puo considerarlo un 4 stelle. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Alcune cose erano in decadenza o abbandono. Persone dello staff inesperte e con poca esperienza.

Bella posizione in campagna, tranquillo, bella villa con piscina.

La stanza era buia: con una porta finestra senza tende e una finestra con tende spesse di cui non era possibile usufruire; senza zanzariere. Stanza calda nonostante il condizionatore. La piscina avrebbe bisogno di un pochino di manuntenzione.
