Location A very old hotel with a bad smell!! The breakfast was awful, actually very poor, just a cup of coffee, bread and cheese wrapped in nylon not even fresh cheese!!! There was no hot water at night!

Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad de la infrastructura del hotel. Habitación muy muy poco confortable, con una máquina transportable de aire acondicionado justo al lado de la cama tan ruidosa que las dos noches que pasamos apenas pudimos dormir y aunque trasladamos nuestras quejas al personal del hotel nada pudieron hacer.

A localização próxima a estação central em Florença facilitou o deslocamento para o hotel. Boa limpeza e bom tamanho do quarto. A falta de elevador dificultou o transporte de bagagens pesadas até o 4o. andar, tendo escadas em estilo caracol. No banheiro as cortinas do chuveiro incomodam bastante, pois o espaço para o banho é bem pequeno e as cortinas colam no corpo. Sugiro trocar por box.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix, hôtel myteux que nous regrettons encore en revanche pour le même prix nous avons séjourné a l'hôtel 500 à campi bisenzio, hôtel impeccable, propre rien a redire dessus! Cordialement

La situation de l'hôtel, à quelques centaines de mètres de la gare et du centre historique Les chambres donnant sur la via Panzani sont très bruyantes et comme la climatisation est "antique" il faut choisir pour dormir entre chaleur ou bruit.

En arrivant à l'hotel, nous fumes obligés de payer une taxe de séjour de 30 euros pour 6 jours! En liquide! Aucun commentaire.......Le café était infect et le petit déjeuner frugal. Florence est une ville où le racket semble être une pratique quotidienne.

A localização O café da manhã fica a desejar em relação aos outros hotéis 3 estrelas que ficamos nas outras cidades italianas.Tinha muito mosquito e só consegui dormir depois de matar uns 20 pelo menos.O Hotel tem 3 andares e não possue elevador. Ficamos no terceiro andar e tivemos que subir carregando as malas. Não entendo como pode ser classificado como 3 estrelas

Excellente situation géographique : à moins de 15 min de la gare centrale de Florence à pied et à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la cathédrale tout en étant au calme (notre chambre était au troisième étage et donnait sur la cour intérieure). Chambre spacieuse. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel disponible et bilingue français. il faisait un peu froid dans la chambre. on a demandé d'augmenter le chauffage ce qui a été sensiblement fait.

El trato fue correcto. El hotel no tiene ascensor y los tramos de escalera (de caracol) son interminables, sobre todo si cargas con maletas. La habitación no se limpiaba, sólo se vaciaban las papeleras y se estiraban las camas. Las camas son estrechas y muy blandas (incomodísimas). No reponían el jabón ni cambiaban las toallas (incluso las recogían del suelo y volvían a colgarlas para ser reutilizadas, con lo que no sabías si te estabas secando con tu toalla o la de tu compañero de habitación). El baño estaba adaptado para minusválidos (siempre que el minusválido consiga llegar a la habitación porque el resto del hotel no está adaptado para ellos).

Sehr gute Lage! Es gab nachts ein lautes andauerndes Geräusch und der zu Rate gezogene Mitarbeiter zuckte nur mit dem Schultern und meinte er kann auch nichts tun und wollte nichts weiter unternehmen. Man könnte den Gast wenigstens das Gefühl geben man versucht etwas zu tun. DAs Geräusch hörte nach 30min allein auf.

A localização Não gostei do hotel. Tivemos muitos problemas com o aquecimento que era desligado à noite e também durante o dia. O quarto estava sempre frio e apesar de nossas reclamações , não houve uma ação satisfatória para minimizar o problema. A limpeza do quarto e banheiro se limitou à retirada do lixo e arrumação da cama. O hotel não possui elevador e o quarto ficava no terceiro andar sendo difícil o transporte das malas sem ajuda do funcionário.

Lo mejor es la ubicación del hotel, a un paso de la catedral y 5 minutos de la estacion de tren. El personal del hotel fue muy atento y la habitacion era bastante amplia para lo que habiamos encontrado en Italia. Creo que tiene una muy buena relacion calidad precio. El desayuno era algo escaso, cafe y bollos y poco mas. Tampoco tiene ascensor.
