Heating went off at 10pm on a cold night. No heating in bathroom. Staff very bossy! Door frames low so watch your head! |

Very basic hotel and listed as 3 star but I would say it is 2 star. The breakfast was exceptionally basic (they had bread and croissants but none of it fresh). The breakfast room was more like a hostel. |

Keskeinen sijainti. Laatutaso riittävä muutaman päivän oleskeluun.Mona Lisa maalaukseen liittyvä historiallinen tapaus lisää hotellin viehätystä. Aamiainen perin vaatimaton. Varmaankin kesähelteillä todella kuuma ja meluisa. |

muy atentos en recepcion,muy calidos en el trato.Muy bien ubicado en cuanto a los lugares interesantes de Florencia. Las escalas para llegar a la habitacion.....pero me explicaron que este hotel por ser monumento historico..no se le puede poner ascensor. |

Emplacement idéal (centre ville, entre gare et marché).Accueil chaleureux, très bons conseils (personnel français). Eviter chambres côté rue pavée (très bruyantes malgré double fenêtres). Parking un peu cher. Manque sêche cheveux. |
