Considerably better room quality than another 4* hotel recently stayed at in central Rome. Most nights I could hear the jazz player on the roof bar through the ceiling of my room, although not loud it was a slight annoyance. |

Decoration and location Not complains but facts: 1. When I arrived the hotel was overbooked so they sent me to another one of lowest category 2. They gave me a junior suite the day after to apologize about the day before but the cleanliness of the room was not very good, I had spots (I guess a bug on the bed) and there was a little bug on the bath floor also... 3. During breakfast milk was passed of date... |

I liked being able to make the reservation in advance using the internet. I chose La Griffe for the location near the meeting I was attending and for the price and value, although once I got to Rome I saw that there were lower-priced hotels in the area. They did not seem as clean and modern as La Griffe, however. I did not like the price of internet access. The best hotels offer free internet access now |

Location of the hotel. The rooms were extremely small. There was no English TV channel to watch. |

the location of the hotel only, nothing else yes, the staff were not helpfull the only word i heared from them "we can't do any thing for you", there were no bath robs and slippers when we arrived and we asked for them and also they said "we don't have now we can't do anything for you now may be tomorrow", the room very small, the sink was broken, and on one night i couldn't sleep becuse of a bad smell coming from the A/C smell like segar... |

The rooms are very modern as displayed in the websites. I am particular happy with the services provided by the staff, it was a 5 star service I experienced. I am particularly happy with the porter. He has very good experience and good recommendation for us throughout the trip. For both nights we stayed at the hotel, he booked the restaurant we want to go for us and gave us detailed directions. |
