I liked the fact that the hotel room had been properly cleaned before my arrival. The shower was good too. Hot and powerful. The room was tiny, very cramped. The thermostat didn't seem to work and so it was too hot. The pillows were cheap, thin and small. No view. It felt a little like an upmarket prison cell. For the hotel to call itself luxury is a joke. |

entrance of the hotel, good breakfast overall, close to subway and bus stop, high ceilings in bedroom rooms are small, you need to pay for internet, bread at breakfast is not good, does not feel like you are in Italy (very cold/sterile atmosphere) |

Friendliness of the staff. Excellent food in the restaurant - though pricey for the surroundings. Decor. Wonderful roof terrace with great views of the city. Via Nazionale is not the most stylish of thoroughfares - a little too close to the down and outs of Termini at night. Very small room and very hot.. |

The location was well suited for access to many sites in Rome. Close to both the Metro, buses, and the train station. Breakfast was included. The shower set up resulted in a wet bathroom floor every day. The electric eye on the bathroom sink tripped resulting in a flood one morning, though staff cleaned up the mess. |

The location was great, easy access to all the tourist spots. Very disappointed with our room. Lights wouldn't work i the room, when we asked to be moved we were told the manager thought the room was sufficient enough even though we didn't agree. It took another day of our holiday 2 be moved to an acceptable room. Wouldn't class hotel as 5*, very expensive for what we got. |

The staff were pleasand and helpful. It was my wife's Birthday and we had a brilliant time in the Rooftop Restaurant and entertained by Guitar and song. My wife is still talking about it. Many thanks. Improve the Bar |

It is at the most a 4-star-like hotel. Good position and good room standard. Reasonable price for being Rome. It is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. The services I'm afraid are those of a 3 star hotel. Very poor. So I wouldn't recommend to somebody looking for a 5-star experience. |

Good location near metro stop. Good breakfast selection. Excellent front desk staff. Hotel was advertised as a 5 star hotel but seemed more like a 3 star. Signage in front was hard to make out, hotel was easy to miss. Rug in front lobby is a tripping hazard. |

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean. Modern (a bit too modern for my taste), and the location. The roof top restaurant was wonderful -- especially in the morning! There was no window in the room -- felt like being locked in a tomb! The room was much too warm even for September -- disrupted our sleep. |

We were not told there was road construction on Via Nationale. We needed a taxi to go to the Vatican and were told they could not get us a taxi on Sunday morning and the hotel driver said he would give us a good price on a ride to the Vatican - He overcharged us by 5 Euro. I also think the shower needs a door, as the water went everywhere with just the curtain. No place to put your toiletries. |

the room was very small but well designed, good bathroom. Polite crew. We left the room forhaving lunch outside - for about one and a half hours. When we came back the roomservice was still busy, however disappeared surprsingly fast. When we looked aound more narrowly we discovered that our Cannon camera, we left at the table wa stolen. The talk with the manager didn't bring a result as he said that the service personal is hired from outside. |

The location of the hotel is perfect. Having breakfast on the terras on the roof of the hotel was very nice. The room was rather small. After a shower the bathroom was all wet. The competences of the serving personnel on the terras was below all al standards. |

The rooftop bar/ restaurant was very nice. The food was okay. At night time it was a great place to relax and listen to some jazz music. However, this was the best feature of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel staff was very nice. I did not like the hotel location. This was my fourth time to Rome, and there are definitley more hotels in a better proximity of everything at or about the same rate. Also, the shower was very small; there was no bathtub which, if not extremely careful, your room could easily become a swimming pool from lack of poor drainage for the shower. The room was a good size but 3 star it was! |
