La Griffe Luxury Hotel  

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I checked in at 9.00am after a very long flight and understandably my room wasn't ready. Massimilliano arranged for me to go up to have breakfast at the rooftop buffet while I waited and arranged for a room to be ready as quickly as possible. I had a lovely room on the 8th floor which had a balcony with a nice view. (I'm not sure but I may have been upgraded to a superior room). The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast buffet was great (juice, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, bacon, eggs, pastries, cappucino) and the staff in the restaurant were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. There was free internet in the lobby. It is in a great location - we walked to most of the sites. I used the private car service that they provide for pick up at the airport and that was great. The driver was waiting for me in the arrivals hall and took care of the luggage and delivered me straight to the door of the hotel. I used the service again at the end of my stay for the trip to the airport. It wasn't that much more than a taxi and was definitely worth the extra euros for the convenience and comfort.

The hotel is disgusting! The staff try to become rich. For example, in the morning they sudggested to take the car to airport 45 E, in the evening 50 E, but the taxi costs 40 E for two people with luggage!

I brought my mother for her 60th birthday and we had a great time hotel was lovely time at your hotel the staff couldnt do enough and the style of the hotel was beauiful I will be back with my family again.

Location was excellent, Hotel was modern, Staff very friendly and helpful. Will be recommending this hotel to friends and family

Shower needed a better seal as the floor kept getting flooded after a shower. But the shower was excellent (very powerfull)

Hotel were in a very good location ,close to central train station, shops, historical sites.Beautiful design and very helpful staff.I will go back again .

Hotel really well located and really nicely decorated. The Staff were really friendly and courteous. My room was really calm and well furnished. It was close to Perfecto !!!

Location was very good

Hotel was advertised as having a gym which is didnt which was a major disappointment. Rooms were really small and overall this is the equivalent of a 3.5 star, not a 5 star. No tea/coffee making facilities which you would expect in a 5 star

no free in-room internet

The overall experience is not bad but the price is a bit on the high side.
