De vriendelijkheid van het hotelpersoneel met name de portier La Griffe wordt gepositioneerd als een 5 sterren hotel, deze kwalificatie kan het naar mijn mening op geen enkele manier waarmaken |

de kamer was groot en schoon.Het personeel vriendelijk.Goede bedden.Goede ligging. Het dinner was erg slecht.Het was erg weinig en belachelijk duur.Een gewoon glaasje wijn koste 8 euro.Ik dacht dat het een voorgerecht was,maar het was de complete maaltijd.Het bad heeft een pijnlijke harde straal en je maakt de badkamer kliedernat. |

Zeer aardige man bij de deur, genaamd Jospeph. Wees ons elke avond op een echt (niet toeristisch) restaurant in de stad. |

De ligging van het hotel was dicht bij div. bezienswaardigheden en het hotel had een mooi dakterras met een prachtig uitzicht. De kamer was schoon en modern wat me erg aansprak. Het ontbijt was goed maar sober. Groot minpunt waren de kopjes en glazen die meermaals bevuild waren met lippenstift. |

Locatie is prima, hotel is netjes en schoon, personeel vriendelijk. Dakterras is bijzonder prettig. Het enige minpunt was dat het afgesproken vervoer niet aanwezig was bij aankomst op het vliegveld. |

Everything was excellent. Nice staff, perfect concierge service and delightfull breakfast every morning. Feel like coming home after a day of adventure. We had a de luxe room which is worth the money compared to a standard room |

staff On your site this hotel has 5 stars. May be it was 5 star 5 years ago, but now it's definetely less, because of rooms and other facilities condition. That is why value of money is fair. |

This hotel does not at all deserve its 5-star rating. The only possitive aspect of our stay at Le Griffe was the location of the hotel. The hotel does not at all deserve its 5-star classification. The quality of the service is utterly poor, 200USD per night rooms under the so-caller "romantic package" are small and lack any essential commodities such as a room service guide. TV and AC didn't work. 36 hours after notification to reception and upon follow-up, we were given a fan to fight Rome's heat!! Reception staff are not at all welcoming, and gave false information on taxi rates to the airport in order to ensure booking with the hotel shuttle... luckily for us, with no succesful outcome. Other couples realised during their stay that there had been double charges against their credit cards....... A completely mismanaged hotel, as admitted by its own staff!! |

The portier was very helpfull. The roof terrace provides a beautiful view and has comfortable furniture. Room assigned was unacceptable, no window and non functioning aircondition made it impossible to sleep. We where there on a 4 night honeymoon and argued heavily for two days before we got another room with breathable air. During the argumentation the staff at the front desk where unhelpful and actually lied to us. Furthermore it was impossible to locate the manager. This reduced the quality of our stay significantly. The breakfast had poor selection and the breakfast room was very hot due to poor air conditioning. Only one of two elevators was working during the whole stay. I would evaluate this hotel to a 3 maybe 4 star hotel, definitively not a 5 star hotel. |

location the design is dismal, only one lift were working and we had weait for it about 15-20 min., staff is not very helpful, we asked for some things for severasl times; the room which we've been given first looked like a prison cell with no window. |

The staff was very helpful (helped me with the calls to Alitalia who had lost my bag) and we were upgraded to an incredible two-floor junior suite. The room was impeccable (white floors always clean), modern and very comfortable, we always had fresh towels, breakfast was good and the location was great. We were walking distance from all the major sites and, although in a busy street, I always felt safe to walk at night. The original room we had was very small. However, the decor and furniture was the same and it was still modern and impeccable, and for me, clean and modern is a must (no old carpets or dirty rugs). Overall I am extremely pleased with the hotel and would definitely stay there again. |

Location was pretty good and we found it easy to explore places from the hotel. Yes, several aspects. Appauling customer service, failed on their promises, no spa despite the website content. Breakfast offering was very repetitive. Lots of in room issues which were never resolved during our stay. |

The Portier was very polite and helpful with everything, brought us sigarettes, rekommended good resturangs, directions etc. The roof resturang is nice. Great location..! It seems like the people, who are low paid at the hotell is the nices and most helpful, like the portier, boy who brings bags to room etc. Maybe some clean up in the staff would be GOOD..!!! |

The staff were friendly and most helpful. The sharp design in the entrance hall and the bedroom gave an immediate impression of a luxury hotel. The restaurant facilities were very good and we soon learned that we could not do better on price or quality in the immediate vicinity A small point; we did not find a quite comfortable corner to sit and read, other than the bedroom which did not have space for two comfortable chairs. |
