the location of the hotel only, nothing else yes, the staff were not helpfull the only word i heared from them "we can't do any thing for you", there were no bath robs and slippers when we arrived and we asked for them and also they said "we don't have now we can't do anything for you now may be tomorrow", the room very small, the sink was broken, and on one night i couldn't sleep becuse of a bad smell coming from the A/C smell like segar... |

The rooms are very modern as displayed in the websites. I am particular happy with the services provided by the staff, it was a 5 star service I experienced. I am particularly happy with the porter. He has very good experience and good recommendation for us throughout the trip. For both nights we stayed at the hotel, he booked the restaurant we want to go for us and gave us detailed directions. |

Friendly and helpful staff. They even gave us a free room upgrade Not obvious to see the hotel from the street until you get to the front door. |

It was clean and modern. The shower was great. Some people made comments about it having small rooms but they are all you need in a city like this! |

Room was beautiful. Breakfast sufficient and very nice, although bacon and eggs were cold on the morning we ate as they were apparently having difficulties with power in the kitchen. Taking this fact into consideration, it was still a very nice breakfast. Street front signage. We struggled to find the name written in a legible form from the street. Very trendy writing for the hotel, but not easy to read. |

the location was perfect.. just a block away from the metro...Concierge and reception was very friendly and helpful...except for a lady in the reception. we booked a room with "economy rate", not knowingly it means a very small room with windows facing the inside of the building ( the service stairs ), so it was very noisy in the morning.. and there's another window from the bathroom, right next to the toilet (facing the service stairs as well).. the breakfast room was so small, there's not enough seats...the rate only entitles us to a simple breakfast (coffee and croissant). We didn't get a good instruction regarding the breakfast rule, so when we took the breakfast buffet in the first morning, we were charged for additional fee of 15 euros per person. Thank God, McD was nearby, which is a much better option compared to the hotel's "simple breakfast". |
