Excellent hotel, excellent location. Beautiful rooms, amazing view from the balcony.

Beautifuul indoor pool on the roof with floor heating and beautifull view. Warm water in the pool, so very pleasemt to enter in. Nice superiour double room (even we reserved standard we got this one). About 15 minutes walk to the center, but it was also nice ealk along the shore.

I liked everything and would like to go there again.

Room was a good size (superior double) for us +2 kids aged 2.5 and 1, food was great (room service prompt), staff friendly and rooftop pool fantastic with amazing view

The location is super. Big clean rooms with modern design and a big balcony.

The only negative must be the high price.

Great modern hotel with good spa facilities and great location to explore Grado centre, Udine, Trieste and the mountains are close too.

There was no information in the room about what the hotel has to offer; spa facilities, restaurant, bike rental etc and on check-in no information/map was offered either. I asked for an iron (4 star hotel) and the only service they offered was for the cleaning staff to iron (and pay for it).

Nice break fast and for only 5 euro breakfast in your room! Nice clean rooms.

There is free parking outside, but no change to park your car here for full days, so you have to park in the hotel (which is fine), for 10euro a day.

The room was very modern ,large and comfortable. Once staff tried hard to speak in English and tried to be helpful. The hotel restaurant provided a very comprehensive breakfast with a lots of choice especially variuous fruits, cheeses, breads, pastries, snack foods and ham. There was also hot eggs if you wanted them. The position overlooking the marina was very pleasant and it was a short easy walk to the beach and old city centre.

There was no iron in the room which for a traveller is essential just for pressing. Laundry services were quick but with the usual expensive price tag

The room was very spacious and the view of the harbor and Italian Alps in the distance was incredible. The included breakfast was also very nice. The hotel staff was very helpful.

Die herrliche Ruhe, es war aber auch erst April; aber ich gehe davon aus, dass es in der Hauptsaison auch ruhiger sein wird, als auf der anderen Strandseite. Super reichhaltiges Frühstück mit viel frischen Obst! Tiefgarage 10,-/Tag ist auch ein super Preis. Die Matratzen sind etwas härter und das liebe ich!

Der Gestank im ganzen Haus! Kanalprobleme. Die Dame (Fr. Barbara - sehr nett) hat uns ganz ehrlich erklärt, dass es Probleme mit der Kanalisation gibt. Hat uns sofort, sehr bemüht, ein anderes Zimmer (sogar eine Senior-Suite) zur Vergügung gestellt. Die war dann im 4. Stock und da war dann alles besser, auch der Geruch, je höher oben, desto besser. Aber grundsätzlich war dieser Gestank sehr beeinträchtigend. Wir waren nur für 2 Tage und zu einem sehr günstigen Preis (dank booking.com), aber wenn ich mir vorstelle, die Senior-Suite in der Hauptsaison um 500,-/Nacht wäre untragbar. Wobei dieser Preis, meinses Erachtens, so und so viel zu überhöht ist.
