Location of hotel is great. Boat place under the roof is nice and around the water is nice and relaxing atmosphere. I will return just becouse of location The rooms were dusty and for second time already, air conditioning did not work properly and hair dryers are very poor quality , the most important that even reported nobody got back to me :-(, this are just facts not a complains |

The hotel was clean, quiet and fine location on the Mestre(near the railway station). Atmosphere was very nice. A good stops in NH Palace Mestre. |

The girl (Alexandra) on reception was very pleasant and helpful in our cases. The breakfast was excellent !!! The Ferrari in your parking unfortunately was not mine :) |

Almost everything! Huge and nicely decorated room, comfortable beds, plentiful breakfast, free parking... Very loud music in the corridors in the morning. |

View on boats, from my window. Large and quiet room, breakfast. For diner, turn left when you leave the hotel and walk 200 meters. You will find 4 different restaurants including 2 take away. |

Very swish hotel with safe car park 'fairly' near to Venice. Excellent room with view over the hotel lagoon. From the information on the hotel,I had thought that there was aboat link from the hotel marina to Venice. What I did not realise was that this trip costs 190€ for a single trip so not possible on my budget. Also the hotel has lovely but quite noisy sets of water fountains. They keep flowing throughout the night and make sleep difficult with the window open. |

If you have a car it's an excellent choice while visiting Venice. The free parking is also safe enough and the breakfast is good. |

The junior suite we booked was comfortable, pleasantly decorated and spacious. We were not happy with the service in the restaurant and the quality of food. Neither the bar nor the restaurant were what we expected. |

The convenience of being off the island of Venice, yet being able to reach it so easily. We were even able to store our luggage the following day so that we could visit Venice prior to boarding the cruise line.. Nothing negative comes to mind. |
