NH Laguna Palace  

The building looks huge and the design is very original with the doc in the middle.

I booked for the building a (paying an upcharge fee) and they told me during the checking it was full and I had to stay in the building B. It's the second time it happends and there' won't be a third one.

Reasonably easy to reach hotel, close by some nice restaurants and excellent pub-brewery (BEFeD down the road). Nice rooms in a sense of looks. Spacious enough, no unnecesarry big closets, comfortable chairs, good bed, excellent bathroom and shower with extras such as soaps, shaver, comb, etc. Windows of the room can be opened for fresh air. Breakfast was good enough, times for breakfast were fine.

2 unconnected buildings, walking through the rain is no fun as a guest. Rooms with marina view are not worth the extra money. No nice bar with decent service (were not served within 10 minutes of waiting). Rooms are not designed logically: overkill in switches on illogical places, not enough easy to reach sockets for modern travellers (with laptop, smartphone, iPad, etc), old fashioned tv. Most annoying: airco CANNOT be turned off in room and has too limited temp adjustments. Breakfast room has strange oversized bar, fried eggs/omelet are extra against rediculous prices.

Clean, modern, comfortable There are two wings in this hotel. A and B. We stayed in the A wing which is the nicer one.

Poor Breakfast, bus station 4/4L to Venice is about 10 min. walking Not the best neighborhood to walk arround specially at night

As always, nh breakfast was good. Convenience of getting bus into Venice.

This hideous sterile building is a triumph of fashion/design over common sense. I hope I'm wrong, but I fancy it to be a whopper of a white elephant.

Buffet breakfast was good, bathroom was very nice.

Room was a little strange - comfortable enough but feels like they ran out of money towards the end of construction - bathroom was great but finishes in the room were rough. TV was very small and we found a half finished kitchenette behind the mini bar panel - a bit odd. It's also about a 15-minute walk to the bus to Venice and some restaurants - not much around the hoetl itself. We were staying in the B building and the service went down a little as soon as we entered this side of the building.

si 2 cose a mio modo di vedere il parcheggio dovrebbe essere gratis anche perche le tariffe dell hotel sono abbastanza alte e anche linternet potrebbero offrire visto che in altri hotel lo danno e la camera si paga molto di meno invece sono tutte e due a pagamento e anche abbastanza care 10 euro per il parcheggio e 35cent al minuto per linternet per essere a oltre 10 km da venezia e anche un po scomodo comunque va bene cosi

Posizione ottima, le camere e I bagni sono ampi a sufficienza, la colazione molto molto abbondante, la cortesia dello staff e il soggiorno in una grande struttura unica nel suo genere a Venezia

Incredibilmente alcuni receptionist (soprattutto di notte) non sembrano comprendere appieno l'italiano, e bisogna sforzarsi per comunicare. Il parcheggio interrato è ottimo ma molto caro (1€/h circa) la camera avrebbe bisogno di qualche leggera manutenzione... E la differenza tra "standard" e "superior" non è poi così evidente...
