location, service, delicious food

Value for money. Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and lots of variety for breakfast.

The spacious rooms.

We had to walk to the other building to take our breakfast or meal. The bus was a bit far from the hotel.

As always, nh breakfast was good. Convenience of getting bus into Venice.

This hideous sterile building is a triumph of fashion/design over common sense. I hope I'm wrong, but I fancy it to be a whopper of a white elephant.

The building looks huge and the design is very original with the doc in the middle.

I booked for the building a (paying an upcharge fee) and they told me during the checking it was full and I had to stay in the building B. It's the second time it happends and there' won't be a third one.

The facilities were pretty nice and the room was one of the largest ones we had throughout our trip to Italy. The breakfast buffet was good. It had many alternatives; not you typical breakfast buffet.

I'd say that the neighborhoods you have to walk through to get to the bus stop are somewhat sketchy. Also, the food at the restaurant wasn't great. It was decent.

Great location, clean room

Split A and B building, stayed this time in B-building. A-building is a nicer place to stay (restaurant, bar, etc.). Poor internet, in a hotel like this WIFI should be everywhere available and included in rate.

Fornita camera- appartamento squallida e gelida,poi cambiata con altra altrettanto gelida perchè parte di hotel riaperto da poche ore .Fornita poi camera normalmente riscaldata . La camera manca di appendiabiti , l'unico armadio è troppo piccolo e non permette di appendere piu' di un cappotto , la biancheria da bagno,scarsa , si è lacerata durante l'uso , la rubinetteria , datata , è tutta priva della cromatura , lo scarico della doccia parzialmente otturato costrige a lavarsi con I piedi immersi nell'acqua , il fermaporta era divelto , l'asse del water sganciata e il water è stato fissato a muro con forte inclinazione . Ristorante disponibile - senza preavviso alla prenotazione - solo per cenone di capodanno

Zeer goede en comfortabele uitvalsbasis op het vaste land voor bezoek aan Venetië. Goede busverbinding (om de 10 minuten) met Venetië. Busstop is 10 minuten wandelafstand van hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Moderne Architektur schöne Ausstattung

Die Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein.Z.B. Flecken am Boden nicht wirklich hygienisch für 4 Sterne. Es ist in der Nähe des Hotels (gehört nicht zum Hotel) eine Pizzeria (ca 100 m auf der gleichen Strassenseite wie das Hotel) wo das Essen und der Service grauenhaft ist.
