The mountain view from this hotel is amazing. The parking is free. The location is a little bit far from central. The room is old, but it's clean.

Molto bella la nuovissima Spa con vista sulle montagne innevate. La colazione a buffet si presenta piuttosto "povera" per un hotel a 4 stelle e priva di prodotti locali (es. lo yogurt era confezionato in vasetti di marca "da supermercato")

Staff molto cortese e professionale, colazione abbondante con brioches e strudel di ottima qualità; garage per le moto gratuito. La stanza era ampia e ben arredata. La struttura è piuttosto distante da Cortina.

Tranquillo, buona posizione, curato nella pulizia e nei particolari ma ritengo che rientri nella categoria 3 stelle La prima colazione buona ma non da hotel 4 stelle, aggiungerei self service di caffè, latte, the e anche il salato uova bacon, toast ecc. I camerieri del ristorante troppo presenti al tavolo.

Viene Publicizzato sul sito una spa / centro benessere che posso confermare attulamente è in aprontamento e sarà pronta, forse, per dicembre. Attulamente il Servizio spa è molto carente.

chambre moderne et très design Le bruit de la circulation dans la chambre est beaucoup trop élevé, voir même insupportable la nuit. Dans un hôtel 4 étoiles de ce prix, c'est inadmissible.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Hotel-Angestellten waren freundlich. Achtung: Unser Standart-Doppelzimmer hatte ein blindes Fenster ohne Aussblick. Und einen Balkon mit frontalem Holzverbau - also auch kein Ausblick. Fazit ein Zimmer vollständig ohne Tageslicht - das hatte wir noch nie! Und das noch dazu in einem 4*-Hotel. Unfassbar.

la posizione vicino il centro di cortina e belle camere il fatto che ho prenotato per avere anche il servizio della zona benessere quali sauna vasca idromasaggio etc... ma non c era causa dei permessi non mi sembra corretto lo potevate scrivere!!!

Le camere sono arredate con mobili un po' vecchiotti, il bagno un po' troppo antiquato luce scarsa e con un faretto mancante, anche la manutenzione dei lavandini e doccia dovrebbe essere più accurata (acqua stagnante). Non identificata la zona relax benessere e soprattutto prima colazione non all'altezza di un 4 stelle, Mancanza di wi-fi nelle camere.

Das Zimmer war groß und ordentlich eingerichtet. Alles sauber und in Ordnung, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dosenpfirsiche zum Frühstück anstatt frischem Obst im August. Selbst auf Nachfrage kein Frühstücksei zu bekommen. Für ein Drei-Sterne Hotel wäre es in Ordnung. Ein Vier-Sterne Hotel sieht anders aus.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im neuen Trakt gebucht, dieses war sehr modern u luxuriös gestaltet, genau nach unserem Geschmack, Super Frühstücksbuffet Eigentlich nur dass im Zimmer 1 Fenster war, welches man nicht abdunkeln konnte
