Das Hotel würden wir sofort wieder buchen! Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer im Nebengebäude, mit eigenem Sitzplatz vor dem Zimmer. Es war sehr gemütlich. Das Bad ist nicht gross, aber reicht vollkommen und man kann sich auf zu zweit einigermassen gut darin aufhalten. Klimanlage ist super. Der Bus ins Zentrum fährt alle 15 Minuten und die Haltestelle ist 2 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöner Garten. Das Hotel war halb so teuer wie alle anderen, die wir in der Toskana noch gebucht haben und hat uns am besten gefallen! Es ist einfach super gemütlich!

Wenn man draussen sitzt hört man ab und zu den Generator und Flugzeuglärm. Aber im Zimmer hört man es nicht. Ein wenig staubig unter dem Bett, ansonsten aber super sauber.

Alles super sauber, günstig und absolut freundliche und familiäre Atmosphäre! Würde sofort wieder hin gehen!!!!!! Absolut top!!!

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Pisa mit schneller Anbindung an die Autobahn, aber durch die Buslinien die nur wenige Meter von dem Hotel entfernt abfahren quasi direkt in der Innenstadt. Für "kleines Geld" ist man in 20 Minuten bei kurzer Taktung mittendrin. Das Hotel ist klein, günstig, familiär und gut zu erreichen. Also für die Zwischenübernachtung bzw. Städtereise ein absolutes muss!!!

Hotel is located 200m from a main road, lots of road noise all night. While a plus point for some, air traffic hindered sleep.

The receptionist was really nice and organised. They are offering free Wi-Fi and parking place.

Friendly staff and very clean. Great location near the town center especially if you have a car.

The staff go home early so you have to call them - bring the number with you. The annex we stayed in was much nearer the main road and is very noisy - ask for a room which does not face the main road.

It was budget friendly and ok. It is outside town, but the bus will bring u to the center within 20 minutes.

Good room size, clean, very good bathroom and shower, low price. Friendly woman in charge, spoke English.

far from the city centre hence the lower price. Though we were in a lovely room it was above a bar/cafe that played loud music until the early hours. We only stayed on a Saturday night though so it may not be so bad during the week.

The rooms were lovely. We stayed at the annex which is about seventy metres down the road from the main hotel. They were cleaned daily and had all amenities except for a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. There was a machine downstairs though. It's next door to a little cafe where we had a good simple breakfast very cheaply with great cappuccino. It was an easy drive into the city and the staff were very helpful with directions and advice on where to park. It was very hot when we were in Pisa so it was lovely to come back to a room with air conditioning.

The owners are lovely, room was clean and comfortable with nice and very Italian murals on the wall. They even provided an anti-mosquito plug.

It is a drive from the city centre but it is nice to get out of the city at night where the air is a little stagnant.

The price was fair. It is 7 minutes driving from pisa tower. quiet neighborhood and the owner was nice. The parking is free (it is hard to find in Italy). The room is big and comfortable (even the bathroom).

The owner does not speak english (but it wasn't hard to communicate). If you don't have a car it's far from the center (i don't know about buses over there)

Free Wi-fi. There is a free public parking in area, beside the private one (which is not so big - 5 parking places). The room looks good, with fridge, air conditioner, and seif.

The church near the hotel rings the bells just when you have the deepest sleep.

This hotel offered a family room for the four of us and therefore was a good deal. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is fine for a night or two. Good, clean bathroom, quiet room, airco and private parking space, which was full when we arrived at night. There is a good bus connection to Pisa train station which gives access to the centre of town and the sights. You can leave the car at the hotel, which is also very close to the airport.

Pity they don't offer breakfast, as they are in the middle of a residential area, with few cafes or restaurants.

We loved the look of the hotel outside and inside, it was so warm and familiar. The room was really nice for this price and it was spacious and comfortable. We would go there again!

only I could mention it was a little bit noisy in the morning as our room were downstairs, so we heard noises in the morning from our room.but I guess it wasnt a problem, we loved the place!

The hotel is very good. It's very near to the main station and they have a machine that sells some snacks and drinks very very cheap (what was good to me because I arrived there very late). You feel like at home! Very good!

It was clean, comfortable and nicely designed, air conditioned room. The staff was very kind. I would recommend it for guests with car, cause it is far from the city center, but nice, calm countryside atmosphere.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The design of the rooms was lovely with the wall art. A very nice start to our holiday. Good for parking and easy access to Pisa city centre.

Location would be tricky without a car although buses appeared to go past outside but we did not need to use them.

We miss the checkout time, but after phone call our problem was solved (our prepared rooms was waiting for us, and the keys were in special box). The room was very very clear and comfortable. The room itself made in old classic Italian style, but has phone, safe, tv, clean restroom and shower cubicle. The hotel has small free parking and free wifi internet.  I would definitely recommend to all my friends staying in this hotel during visiting Pisa.

Nothing, would never go back as our room was right next to the road!
