The staff is so good,a guy called hossain that works in night help us a loot
Staff was very accommodating. Any requests or questions we had were immediately met or answered. Facilities were great- rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Overall: Great place to stay, awesome location (near Termini and bus transfers to CIA), and all at a very good price.
Staff helps me deal with my lost luggage in the airport, finally we found it.They are helpful and warmhearted.24 hours front desk.
Shower is not so good.but it is worthy for this price.
Informaton personnel,Hosain is very kind person who helps us about where we should visit, what we should eat etc.. Moreover, he knows english very well, so we did not have problem in terms of communication. Also, he served some cup of coffee, those were free..
Our room did not have enough window, that's why we couldn't understand the morning becomes. Another problem about the room was the moist.
Nothing... This hotel hasn,t condiction of receive people, because all services are horrible. The breakfast was industrialized and the coffee pot dirty.
Terrible place. Do not host there.
Location Staff Breakfast in our room Cleaning everyday
For one day there were no hot water
Value for money, excellent wifi, just beside train..
Shower area will flooded after bath..
The location close to Termini Station is quite convenient, as it is the only station where both metro lines have a stop. If you don't want to take the metro (especially during afternoon/evening hours when it's like being packed into a sardine can), it still takes around 45 minutes to walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of other sights to see along the way.
The first night we arrived, we were informed that the main building we were in was full, so we'd been given a room in another nearby building. We were even told that we'd get a private bathroom instead of the shared one we'd paid for. Unfortunately, this new room was literally right behind the reception and breakfast area. It seemed like the room was originally intended as a large closet and staff bathroom. It's hard to get good sleep when there's only a thin door between you and a loud buzzer which goes off every time a guest wants to get into the building. Then, around 7 am they start using the espresso machine for people coming to have breakfast. We complained after the first night, and got moved into a room back in the original building for the second night, again with private bathroom. Unfortunately, this room was also just a thin wall away from the reception, and we could hear people ringing the buzzer and talking loudly all night. I suppose we may have gotten unlucky both nights, and perhaps the rooms on higher floors are quieter, but I would definitely not recommend this place.
I've got an upgrade upon my arrival. Staff were very friendly and helpful
The receptionist named Hossain greet us warmly and he even let us stay waiting for train after check out. The guest house is right next to the train station, yet the price is reasonable for a good quality room and services. I recommend this.
one of the reception is so kind and the toilet is clean. the location is perfect and very near the train and metro station. Also there are many chinese restaurant nearby.
the wifi is so weak. sometimes it was too noisy next door
After arrival we have been told that we cannot get room we booked (quadruple with bathroom) and got quadruple with outside bathroom for 12 euro discount. Next morning it turned out that there is no hot water in bathroom. We had to walk from 4th floor to 2nd to take shower. Next morning we wanted to see Colosseum first thing in the morning so waked up at 7. No hot water again. when asked receptionist for a different room we have been told that we have to wait to 8.30. up until this time we simply CAN NOT take hot shower!! after second night and second phone call to booking.com we have been transferred to dirtiest apartment with barely working shower and crater in the middle of bed which resulted in sore backes of me and my wife. If You want to have good memories from Rome avoid this place like a plague!!!
Coffee machine doesn't work!
Very close to Roma Termini. Made our train transfers extremely easy. Free Upgrade to room with private bathroom. Helpful staff. Excellent trattoria next door. Close to Rome centre.
Smaller room but fine considering the price we paid.
Close to main train station.
Mouldy bathroom. Door handle fell off. Unbelievable noise from some mechanical thing all through the night. Poor breakfast. Bad area to be out at night.
Staff Room Clean Location(3 minutes from Rome Termini)
-Size of room(bed barely fitted the room -Bathroom didn't worked properly (2 days no hot water; 2 days no light) -Bathroom not clean and smelled badly
Very well located to trains, buses, taxis and sights. The cost was very good for what you got
We had a problem with the keys. They asked for the room key to be left with them, gaving us the front door key. On returning, sometimes there was no one at office or we were given wrong keys. It was sorted swiftly but could have been avoided.
Close to the train and metro station.
Where to begin? When we arrived we had to pay for the room, but surprise! They do not accept cards, credit or debit, even though it says they do in the booking page. The recepcionist was kinda rude, and he hid with a smile the mean comments. Our room was not in the same building, it was about half a block away. The size was the room was ok, but the bathroom was very small with a window that once opened anyone could get in from outside because it had no protection. The breakfast was a joke. There was a croissant like bread wrapped delivered the night before, along with an orange juice from a box. Even though ot was close to the train station, it had a lot of homeless people around, and we found out it was a very bad place to stay in Rome. It was a room with 3 beds, and mine didn't have a blanket, the first night was incredibly cold. Just do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.
I needed it with urgency for personal reasons, and it was already 3am in the morning, and they were the only hotel in that area after trying other 7, that allowed me to check in exceptionally for that rainy cold night. I had a meeting on that same morning, and train on lunch time. Thanks to them I could successfully accomplish my business and travel back to Milan. I will come back. Thank you
Are you kidding me? There's nothing to complain when all they did was the best to my needs. That is an example of how to make a customer satisfied. And should be followed by all means necessary.
the rooms are cleans, staff is friendly and helpful, good enviroment, for sure i would come back.
the coffe machine was out of cafe.
Good placement, next to Termini station. Great staff. On the level of expectations.
Very good location as close to main train station. Good size room. Good for young people travelling than for families.
Not consistant wi-fi. Will not be suitable for families.
It had a roof. Good Wi-fi.
Staff seemed unprepared for our arrival, with our room apparently picked at random. It was a decent size and was one of two separately rented rooms in the same apartment. This was fine but our door was glass panelled, meaning the room was flooded in light whenever another guest used the bathroom. The toilet was out of service for nearly half our stay (but we had a bucket!) and the shower spilled over into the bathroom if on for longer than two minutes. All the flat keys were faulty; "You just have to "jig" it a bit". The safe key didn't work at all. Staff were very apologetic, but it felt insincere as they failed to provide any solutions to problems (looking at previous reviews) that have clearly been present long term.
Less than 1 min from central station!, Great price!, Nice staff
Room is to small but in this fare we're ok.
Very close to train station. Supermarket in train station to buy our own breakfast. Post Office, Banks, Internet close by.Close to shuttle bus to airport. Very close to Hop On / Hop Off Bus. Many restaurants in the area.
We had to ask for change of sheets as we stayed one week.- they obliged. one spare pillow without a pillow slip! Looked grubby. Reported running toilet - it was never attended to. Very poor breakfast - Coffee machine overflowed and did not work very well, low quality bun in wrapper!
