The most modern hotel of all the Italian hotels we stayed in. Classy, quiet, comfortable. Friendly staff, free parking. The internet was incredibly slow, even though it was a Sunday and there was a very low occupancy-rate. Also, it was a hot afternoon, but the hotel had turned off the A/C the week before (in the entire hotel), so there was no way to cool the room; there were still mosquitoes, so we couldn't open the windows. |

L'ingresso gratuito all'Ego Village, ma attenzione, si deve scegliere tra l'ingresso alle piscine o il percorso benessere compostoda Sauna , Bagno Turco e Palestra. Un solo comodino / c'erano asciugamani solo per 1 persona, sono dovuta scendere in reception a ritirare gli altri / Temperatura in camera non regolabile...si scoppiava dal caldo! / Breakfast incredibilmente povero per un hotel di questa categoria, non scendo in dettagli, ma mi limito a segnalare soltanto che la parte salata era praticamente inesistente e x quella dolce oltre alle brioches soltanto una crostata, e poi la sala colazione e' un bar aperto al pubblico! |

Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale,ottimo bar per aperitivi, design dell'hotel ampio e comodo parcheggio Niente è da non gradire, per il livello dell'hotel forse sarebbero appena migliorabili i buffet dell'aperitivo e della colazione per porli all'altezza della struttura. |

all'arrivo in albergo la ragazza al desk è stata molto cordiale,camera non molto spaziosa ma pulita.buon servizio nel ristorante durante la cena e ottima cucina.non ho fatto colazione,quindi non posso giudicare tale servizio. per il prezzo pagato sono stato piu che soddisfatto dell'ambiente trovato |

Buona l'area di parcheggio, gradevole l'arredamento, curato nei particolari, inoltre devo dire che il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile dato che al nostro arrivo si era venuto a creare un piccolo problema che è stato risolto velocemente e con professionalità. |

Il comfort e la tranquillità dell'albergo, l'utilizzo della piscina presso l'attiguo Egovillage Non erano presenti gli asciugamani per 2 persone nel bagno, ma soltanto per una persona, per cui abbiamo dovuto richiederli alla reception. La prima mattina siamo scesi a fare colazione alle 9.45, il termine era alle 10, e non c'era quasi più nulla da mangiare, neppure una brioche! E dire che l'albergo non era per nulla affollato. Cosa più grave, non è stato effettuato il riassetto della camera tra la prima e la seconda notte di soggiorno, ma sono stati cambiati soltanto gli asciugamani. Alla reception si sono scusati dicendo che la persona incaricata si era improvvisamente ammalata e non era stato trovato nessuno che la potesse sostituire. Un servizio non proprio a 4 stelle e non consono ad un hotel così griffato! |

Hotel gebruikt voor overnachting naar vakantie adres. prima hotel met goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding (in het weekend). Keuken is prima, onbijt buffet normaal. zwembad faciliteiten heel goed, sluit echter om 19.30 uur. hotel is heel rustig in weekend doordat het een zakenhotel is. |
