Location right in the town centre. Staff very helpful and informative. Very quiet and comfortable.
A little difficult to find the hotel and the entrance which is on the second floor of a renovated building buf once you've found it it's no problem.
This is a wonderful hotel in every respect.
Location: Right on Via Toledo, next to "Toledo" metro station. Basically everything in downtown Naples can be reached by foot. Breakfast was substantial for Italian standards. Staff was helpful.
The room did not have regular windows. Technically there was one, but it was dull and very low. I.e. one has the impression of being in a room without a window. And as a hint for future guests: the hotel is on the second floor of a "regular Italian building" and you might have to look closely for the sign at the entrance of the building, in particular in the evening when the main "gate" to the courtyard is closed and you have to enter through a small door in the gate. Also Google maps gave me wrong directions, "Via Toledo 320" in fact is right next to the "Toledo" metro station.
very helpful and professional staff, with great english. Gave us good advice on eating out, and provided maps etc.plus a free cup of coffee when we arrived. Put us at ease in a a busy city, as first time visitors. Lovely room with big windows and balcony onto the pedestrian street below, but very quiet when windows closed, and good quiet air con. the shower was great too. comfy bed.
there didnt seem to be any clothes storage in the room, but that was fine as we were there for just one night.
A few steps to metro, few steps to the port, very good location, perfectly cleaned room. It was very comfortable and calm stay in this friendly hotel, which totally contrasts with the chaos and noise in the streets...
The young lady at the desk was wonderful. The airline lost our luggage and she made great efforts to assist us.
A bit hard to find. Poor signage.
The AC was very powerful. The little balcony and tea tabl was adorable. Very elegant antique furniture. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Not the easiest place to find, even if I had a gps. It's on the second floor of an old palazzo. Some rooms don't have wardrobe.
Despite being on an important street, the room was very quiet. The air conditioning was excellent, consistent and quiet. Big comfortable bed. Excellent and very helpful staff with good English. Good shower. The wi-fi worked very well.
Lack of a toilet seat (tho not uncommon in the area) and shower curtain. The additional child's bed was a camp bed, tho the room was advertised as a triple and should have had a proper single bed. However these were minor details.
Excellent location, only a few meters to the metro station. The room is well decorated, clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful.
Staff were excellent Extremely helpful Nice fresh coffee for breakfast! Quiet room
Everything was excellent
early check out
La amabilidad de la recepcionista
- Great location on Via Toledo (pedestrian street), right near Toledo Metro station and next to Spanish Quarter - Hotel very clean and comfortable with excellent staff. Roberta was so helpful in helping us plan our itinerary
- Nothing negative to say. The hotel was clean, quiet, very comfortable and in an excellent location. Staff was very friendly and professional
Great location, great staff, very good breakfast buffet, very clean and stylish rooms, fantastic bathroom/shower, incredible price. The best air conditioning in Italy!
Having to enter 2 lower level gates/doors, cleaning staff was too good - they threw away a few things that we had left out that weren't completely empty yet (minor issue).
Breakfast was good and varied. Staff were helpful.
The first room we were allocated was a junior suite situated on two levels which made it hard to get comfortable in. The shower was fixed to the wall as well as having poor water pressure We were changed to another junior suite which was excellent.
Excellent place for a base in Naples .close to everything in walking distance. Very quite in spite of being situated on the mane street , which is closed for traffic .
Difficult to find: hotel situated in the historic building on the second floor , very small sing outside on the second floor You have to look up. It doesn't look like a hotel from out side.
Very quirky hotel and duplex-style suite. Nothing about the exterior suggests it's a hotel, but once inside it is lovely and quiet. Helpful staff. Fab, central location. Lots of great bars and eateries close by.
Location was great. Staff were great. Room and cleanliness was excellent. Just Bellisimo.
A bit hard to find but our cabdriver knew exactly where it was and he dropped us right outside the front door. But you can only do that in the evening when the pedestrian area opens.
It is an unusual but beautiful small hotel situated in the centre of town. Even so it was quiet and peaceful very clean and we had a beautiful room. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.
My only complaint was getting in by the side door when we first got there, it was a bit confusing.
It's not easy to find and when we did finally spot the small sign I must say we were slightly concerned. Our concerns, however, we're completely unjustified - the best way to describe it is a hidden gem. The hotel is very clean and modern, the staff were friendly and the rooms were really nice. Would definitely recommend.
The hotel location is perfect for exploring the city and the area felt safe. The rooms might not be huge, but you have all the space you need. It's a nice cosy and very clean place with only a few rooms. The breakfast was quite complete (European style) with fresh fruit and local pastries.
To find the hotel we got a bit confused as we had two different addresses. The good house number is 320, very close to Toledo metro station.
Great Location, bang on the promenade. Good restaurants nearby. Napoli coast for great eveninng walks nearby. Service is good. Its more a apartment setup on the 2nd Floor with 11 rooms or so. Highly secure, feels like a small community.
Breakfast is poor, I guess that is true of all Italian Hotels. Their coffee machine broke down one day...so no coffee!!!
Excellent hotel in the centre of Naples, very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms with free wifi.
Hotel is on a pedestrian only street so if you have heavy bags, make sure you call ahead and ask them the address for a vehicle drop off. It is not the address of the hotel but on a different street across the road.
Difficult to find the Hotel.
Perfect location, really nice and helpfull staff, very clean. The hôtel is modern and clean but still charming
