The Royal Continental is right on Naples' seafront promenade, in a quiet neighborhood. It features a stunning rooftop pool, with panoramic views out over the Bay of Naples and Castel dell'Ovo.

This hotel is in the center of the city, a 5-minute walk from Naples Cathedral. In an elegant building from the early 20th century it offers contemporary rooms with satellite TV.

Location and excellent staff. It was very comfortable clean and ideally located.
The spacious bedroom. Good breakfast. The staff was very helpful and nice.
Ir was winter and the water in the shower was not hot enough. If you are driving the access to the hotel is very difficult. There is no elevador to the hotel floor! You will have to carry your baggage up and downstairs yourself
Personnal very Nice
location in the heart of Naples, English speaking personnel \ valuable guidance, nice interior and breakfasts
poor exterior of the building (more related to the city as it is very common in Naples), a small signboard at the building entrance and long stairs to the hotel premises on the second floor
Everything was perfect.
Super location in the Spanish quarter, right beside the metro Comfortable room Friendly helpful receptionists
Hotel does not have many facilities only rooms and a kind of strange breakfast area, having said that there are dozens of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity Nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels
staff molto disponibile e cordiale
From the street, there is not a reason to think that there is an hotel in the second floor of the building. There is not even a sign indicating the name of the hotel. So, my first impression was not good regarding the place I had taken for my 4 day stay in Naples. However, everything changed after trespassing the door. Nice small hotel, great attention, clean, great room and bathroom (it even had a fixed bike for exercises!). The three receptionists that I had contact with were helpful and friendly. Always offering a good italian cafe. The hotel is near the funicular, half a block from a metro station and to a walking distance from the sea. I recommend it!
Accommodating staff, 24hr lobby, amazing location on the main shopping street and close to the historical centre, the monuments district and the harbour, gorgeous strong hot shower
The hotel is not handicapped-accessible. This didn't apply to us but it might to other visitors.
Location right in the town centre. Staff very helpful and informative. Very quiet and comfortable.
A little difficult to find the hotel and the entrance which is on the second floor of a renovated building buf once you've found it it's no problem.
This is a wonderful hotel in every respect.
Location: Right on Via Toledo, next to "Toledo" metro station. Basically everything in downtown Naples can be reached by foot. Breakfast was substantial for Italian standards. Staff was helpful.
The room did not have regular windows. Technically there was one, but it was dull and very low. I.e. one has the impression of being in a room without a window. And as a hint for future guests: the hotel is on the second floor of a "regular Italian building" and you might have to look closely for the sign at the entrance of the building, in particular in the evening when the main "gate" to the courtyard is closed and you have to enter through a small door in the gate. Also Google maps gave me wrong directions, "Via Toledo 320" in fact is right next to the "Toledo" metro station.
very helpful and professional staff, with great english. Gave us good advice on eating out, and provided maps etc.plus a free cup of coffee when we arrived. Put us at ease in a a busy city, as first time visitors. Lovely room with big windows and balcony onto the pedestrian street below, but very quiet when windows closed, and good quiet air con. the shower was great too. comfy bed.
there didnt seem to be any clothes storage in the room, but that was fine as we were there for just one night.
A few steps to metro, few steps to the port, very good location, perfectly cleaned room. It was very comfortable and calm stay in this friendly hotel, which totally contrasts with the chaos and noise in the streets...
The young lady at the desk was wonderful. The airline lost our luggage and she made great efforts to assist us.
A bit hard to find. Poor signage.
The AC was very powerful. The little balcony and tea tabl was adorable. Very elegant antique furniture. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Not the easiest place to find, even if I had a gps. It's on the second floor of an old palazzo. Some rooms don't have wardrobe.
Despite being on an important street, the room was very quiet. The air conditioning was excellent, consistent and quiet. Big comfortable bed. Excellent and very helpful staff with good English. Good shower. The wi-fi worked very well.
Lack of a toilet seat (tho not uncommon in the area) and shower curtain. The additional child's bed was a camp bed, tho the room was advertised as a triple and should have had a proper single bed. However these were minor details.
Excellent location, only a few meters to the metro station. The room is well decorated, clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful.
Staff were excellent Extremely helpful Nice fresh coffee for breakfast! Quiet room
Everything was excellent
early check out
La amabilidad de la recepcionista
- Great location on Via Toledo (pedestrian street), right near Toledo Metro station and next to Spanish Quarter - Hotel very clean and comfortable with excellent staff. Roberta was so helpful in helping us plan our itinerary
- Nothing negative to say. The hotel was clean, quiet, very comfortable and in an excellent location. Staff was very friendly and professional
Great location, great staff, very good breakfast buffet, very clean and stylish rooms, fantastic bathroom/shower, incredible price. The best air conditioning in Italy!
Having to enter 2 lower level gates/doors, cleaning staff was too good - they threw away a few things that we had left out that weren't completely empty yet (minor issue).
Breakfast was good and varied. Staff were helpful.
The first room we were allocated was a junior suite situated on two levels which made it hard to get comfortable in. The shower was fixed to the wall as well as having poor water pressure We were changed to another junior suite which was excellent.
Excellent place for a base in Naples .close to everything in walking distance. Very quite in spite of being situated on the mane street , which is closed for traffic .
Difficult to find: hotel situated in the historic building on the second floor , very small sing outside on the second floor You have to look up. It doesn't look like a hotel from out side.
