The accommodation is tired but the staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast excellent. We could not fault their customer service but don't expect luxurious rooms!

Excellent location; close to the train station, minutes to the leaning tower via bus or a very pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the leaning tower. Comfortable room. Friendly staff.

We loved the hotel, although a bit dated it was spotlessly clean. The room was large, with a very comfortable bed and lovely new bathroom. The room was serviced every day and fresh towels were placed in the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with both hot & cold choices which set us up for the day ahead. The staff too were extremely helpful and friendly with no request too much trouble. We were picked up from and taken back to the airport by their own driver for a very small fee. Although it would have been cheaper to get the train we thought it worthwhile on our first visit to La Pace to arrange a pick-up The Centrale Station is literally a two minute walk from the hotel and we made great use of this - while there for just three nights we visited Florence, Siena and Lucca as well as Pisa itself. All of which are must sees. Overall a brilliant wee hotel which we will definitely be recommending to friends.

We only stayed one night, it was a pleasant hotel, and so close to the train station. The breakfast was very good with a varied choice of food.

It is in a great location. Close to train station and in city centre. The choices at breakfast were excellent.

Very old hotel with very little sound barrier between rooms, so could hear all that's going on in the next rooms and the corridor.

Breakfast is so good and various! The hotel's personals are so serviceable, I couldn't sleep and at 4 am in the morning I asked them a bottle of water, they sent it directly to my room and for free!

A lil bit too expensive, I think, comparing to the service that they propose.

Excellent breakfast. We were a group of 3 and were given a room that had two bedrooms and one bathroom. It was great. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend it

Nothing really, but the hotel is not new, but is very clean and extremely comfortable

The fact it is near the station. the rooms are large, the stair and lobby and many old paintings. The breakfast was ood.

The only problems is you cannot see the sign board directing you to the hotel it is covered by tall tree branches.

The hotel is very close to the train station. While the furnishings are older, it is a charming hotel and we would definitely stay there again. Loved the private rooftop terrace with a view of the Dome.

Great location for Pisa city, airport, railway & bus trips. Genuinely friendly & helpful staff, good buffet breakfast with excellent coffee ad lib. Premium rooms have good bathrooms. Quirky décor, with real art from 1970s & 80s. Good value.

Proximity to rail station naturally makes the area practical rather than elegant - but the stroll into Pisa city has been much improved in last few years. Choice of restaurants very locally is limited to the sort of places you'd expect near a station - but there are plenty within 20 minutes interesting walk.

The hotel was very close to central rail station another staff were extremely helpful the manager was very obliging as we had inadvertently booked extra night which he assisted us

The entrance is through a Mall which is a little rough but inside the hotel is excellent

Our second night (we stayed on both outward and inward journeys to Florence) was a little noisy before midnight due to the proximity of a lift.

Very friendly staff. In a single room everything was ok. The hotel seemed to be full of guests but it was very silent and one gets there good sleep. A good choise for some days visit in Pisa. I would choose this hotel again to visit Pisa and Toscana.
