Friendly and helpful staff; convenient location for train station and airport. External environment is rather unpleasant, not helped by current renovation works. Breakfast not available until 7am, although tea/coffee was provided on request. |

The proximity to the airport and the efficient and value for money shuttle service. The proximity to the train station. This was without doubt the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Breakfast service was poor, very disorganised and there was never enough of anything at any given time. |

The reception staff were extremely helpful, pointing out the good places to eat, buy icecreams and coffee in town. When we couldnt find the restaurant they had advised they even offered to come and show us! The entrance to the hotel was down a rather dismal alleyway. |

The location was very close to the station, the breakfast was very nice and had plenty of choice.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very basic and small, and the bathroom was more like a cupboard! Poor value for money. |

It was boarded up, the electricity kept going off, beds uncomfortable, breakfast bad. Rooms very dingy and smelt of smoke, towels worn out, it goes on................. |

The convenience of the location of the hotel, near the railway station & the helpful staff giving directions & local restaurants nearby. Excellent for a base for travelling & sightseeing. The booking on line was easy. Due to building work and location in the mall felt a bit scary on approaching entrance, but once inside the reception area was welcoming and spacious. |

This is a bland and basic hotel with minimum standards. I knew what to expect having been to Pisa several times before and booked the hotel solely due to its proximuity to the railway station and because we had to catch an early morning flight. The immediale area is rather run down and noisy. No breakfast provided or alternative offered due toy our early start for the airport. The air conditioning did not work, the control panel was broken. |

The hotel was cool and quiet and relaxing, and usefully close to cafes and the station. The continental breakfast provided was good. The room was spacious enough with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. |
