The location is perfect , just a two minute walk from the train station . They also provide a great shuttle service to the airport at a cost of €3.50 per person each way ( 5 minute drive ) . Across the road from the hotel there is a fantastic pedestrian walking area full of shops and it is on your 20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower . The hotel itself was lovely with the most pleasant staff I have ever come across . The breakfast area and food were excelent , sky tv in our room and internet and phone access also available in the reception area . I will be travelling to Pisa again and will use this hotel , and would recommend this hotel to anybody who is travelling here .

We left our camera at the hotel without even realizing. The hotel staff contacted us and are shipping the camera to us. That's is what we call excellent customer service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great friendly staff - we arranged a pick up from the airport with the hotel - only 3 euros per person - great service, excellent location, good breakfast included - could not be more convenient to the rail station - excellent and highly recommended. We even had a personal recommendation from Mariano to his favourite Pisa pizza restaurant - they looked after us so well. Thanks very much.

Friendly and helpful staff

Staff were very friendly, always smiling and helpful. The breakfast was lovely with ample selections. The hotel was very clean and close to the train station. The price for the stay was very reasonable and there was free wifi (good fast connection too). The rooms are a good size. I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was in a convenient location for an overnight trip to Pisa. Close to train station, walking distance to the sights and restaurants, and airport shuttle. There was early bird coffee and pastries available for folks with very early flights.

Good hotel to stay at the end of our holiday with all the necessary facilities. We liked that it was close to the airport and Pisa city centre.Kids also liked avialability of many tv channels.

Hotel was a bit hard to find as it is located off the main street. Sign with name of hotel is not visible beacuse of the trees.

The hotel is rather hard to find situated in a shpping arcade. The directions need to be clearer, particularly as Pisa is not the easiest town to find your way around. It was a fair hotel for a fair price and I would say perfect for one night while you pass through the town. After seeing the leaning tower and the basillica, Pisa does not offer too much more.

The location is great, close to the train station. Breakfast was good.

The bed was extreamly uncomfortable and the pillows were very hard. The room was not very clean, there was a giant clump of hair on the hairdryer, stains on the bed cover and hair in the bed.
