Nice location and a great service from the frondisk at any time. The choise of music in the restaurant for breakfast.Classical misic is my style and not heavy metal. Neither for breakfast nor any other time.Think it´s general for most people. |

The staff are very nice. They make me feel like family. The hotel is relatively old and the rooms need renovation because they are really old inside. The floor is not that clean and I got some bug bit too. The Internet was broken on the floor during my stay there, even I complained multiple times, no body tried to fix it. |

Walking distance to Train Station, 5 min cab ride (E13) to the airport. The concierge was very helpful and provided excellent referrals to local dining. |

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, they spoke good English. Despite the size of the hotel it was very easy to arrange airport transfer and left luggage. The room was clean and comfortable. I'm not sure what the norm is for hotels in Italy but I was disappointed that there was not a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. |

The hotel was good value. The staff were friendly and the shuttle service to and from the airport was very useful and efficient. Very convenient for railway station just a few minutes walk for regular trains to Florence and elsewhere |

The hotel had secure paid parkintg, friendly staff and was in walking distance of the Leaning Tower and other sights of Pisa. It also had interconnecting rooms for our 5 person family. The hotel was not in the most illustrious area however, the secure parking meant that this was not a problem. |

The staff was very helpful, even let us have breakfast while we got there too late. They also gave us excellent hotel suggestions and marked it on a map so we could get there easily. The rooms were noisy, other visitors could easily be heard. Plumbing noises would wake one up. |

Great location for the station/airport. Staff are very friendly: they were happy to let me have a late breakfast after I crashed after the yapc::eu 2010 conference, and later, after checking out let me use their wifi/sofas for the whole afternoon without even hassling me to buy food/drink etc. I also like the paintings in the stairwells (by a Livornese painter called Hibbert, apparently). Wifi is very flakey in the bedrooms (but at least it's free if you can get it). Showers a bit hard to adjust temperature, and breakfast is just ok. The small bar is nice, but a little under-staffed, and closed during the afternoon. |

To sum it up, it was cheap and cheerful. The hotel is located 100 yards from the central train station and 2 miles from the international airport. The hotel offers a shuttle bus for 3.5 euro per person... |
