The Fee Airport Transfer to and from The Hotel is a 1 star Motel. We didn't like the hotel room, bath room, internet that was extra and not free 3 euro an hour and not working properly and breakfast that basicly was just an espresso. Telephone very bad in the room I had to call 10 times to make a call and finaly had to go down. Just go to another real hotel this is just a old restaurant not a real hotel specialy not a 3* hotel. |

excellent staff and owner. fine recomendations, even though the restaurant was closed on that night they referred us to a restaurant 3 blocks away and we had the best meal of the trip!! pick up and delivery from the airport was outstanding and free.. |

Very friendly staff, and a convenient restaurant downstairs which had good food. Also the proximity to the airport meant it only took us 10 mins to get there. It was very very noisy, mostly coming from the restaurant downstairs, and also from the planes flying overhead. The shower was very cramped also. |

Hotel arranged pickup to and from the airport, shuttle bus drivers were friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was unfriendly, there was no reception on duty early in the morning when the shuttle begins creating confusion and anxiety, wake up call was late. |

The prompt shuttle service from the airport the gentleman whom picked me up was very nice and helpful I am glad all I needed was a stop over hotel......there is nothing around the facility I didnt like climbing all those stairs and and if you are on the back side of the hotel it is noisey.....BUT The staff was extremely nice...I Would probably pay the extra and stay at a location with air condition . |

It was near MXP airport and it provides free shuttle service. Too noisy during the night. People coming and going through the stairs, not respecting others resting. In the morning, no personal was in the front office for more than 15 minutes. I had to leave the key in the front desk, nobody received it. I would recommend the place with reservation. |

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Mold in the bathroom. Impossible to find. No air conditioning. The internet description is not accurate. This hotel says it is close to Milan Malpensa airport but it is impossible to find. Once there, the bathroom was full of black mold. Scarey! |

The staff is alright. The driver even helped carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs since there is no elevator. He also picked us up promptly from the airport after we called. It's a rather simple and old motel, more like a 1 star or budget hostel. There is no air conditioning, and birds on top of the window dropping their droppings. There was an odor in the room probably from grease from cooking bacon or meats. The breakfast consists of croissants. |

If you're stuck overnight at MXP this is a great hotel to stay at. Only 5 km from the airport, it has a free shuttle service, friendly staff and a fairly good breakfast. It can get very noisy, as it is located near a central street, so get a pair of earplugs! The rooms are small and comfy and you can't beat the price. Overall, a good choice for an overnight stay near MXP... |

The family run business was welcoming and cheerful. They had a special La Pista equestion event at their location one of the nights we were there. It was interesting to see the horse riding teams gather for a happy hour and visit. their small showers that were hard to wash within |
