The shuttle response was excellent. They arrived 10 mins after we called them from the airport. The staff was so friendly and helpful.The next morning at 5:45am for our 6:00am departure, we were greeted by a smiling, beautifully made up woman, who served us a great cappucino and apple cake. The food in their restaurnat was excellent, rooms very clean. |

The staff were excellent to deal with and the food offerred by the hotel was excellent. Good value for the money. |

The staff was great, the location was good and the pizza place nearby was excellent! We so appreciated the airport shuttle and wakeup call. There could have been better information about getting from the train station to the hotel. We did not understand that we had to take the bus from train station to airport and then call for the shuttle. We were not traveling with an international cell phone and didn't know how to use the pay phones so that was also a problem for us in trying to contact the hotel to request the shuttle. |

The only good thing is that is close to the Malpensa airport. It's very difficult to find, there is not elevator and I had to carry my luggage 4 stories, they have only a fan in the room and it wasn't working very well, the room was very hot. Breakfast was only a pice of bread and a juice. |

very friendly ownership and staff and a very good restaurant, clean rooms and bathroom no elevator, no air conditioning, recessed windows prevented cool night air from entering the room and therefore a very uncomfotable sleep even with two fans in the room! |

I liked the free shuttle from and to the airport. Just call and they catch you. Bad internet, old furniture, poor breakfast. Not recomended for people with mobility limitations. |

Very good restaurant on site, tiny little village setting, free shuttle picked us up at train station in Gallarate, and also took us to Malpensa airport at 5:15 in the morning! 24-hour shuttle. No elevator...walk up 2-flights (I had a bad hip) And some noise from airplanes flying over. |
