The receptionist was very helpful.

The hotel was in a poor state with smashed mirrors in the lifts and rooms badly decorated. Key cards advertised on the web do not work. The room shown on the web did not look like ours. The staff could not be bothered to serve drinks from the bar until challenged. Not worth the money.

Most of the hotels in San Remo are a bit outdated. So is this, but it is way better than most you can find there making it a good option as it also has a nice swimming pool and spacious rooms.

The location as you need a car to reach it from the center especially at night hours.

It is impossible to find if you are going there first time and in the dark. The description in the internet is missleading, there are not signs in the main street , hotel is in the very narrow , dark and small street ! I had to hire a taxi finally to find it.... Discreta struttura, buono il servizio breakfast

Struttura che avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoro di stucco sui muri. Sconsigliato se non si ha un mezzo per raggiungerlo.

La situation géographique et la vue imprenable sur la mer. L'établissement offre une exposition au soleil très agréable sur les balcons des chambres.

Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une espace peu convivial, de part l'éclairage, les couleurs et la disposition. Dans cette grande salle sombre, nous avons l'impression d'être dans un sous-sol. Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est pas attrayant, la porte qui va à la cuisine aurait besoin d'un bon coup de peinture ainsi que le bar. L'aquarium de l'entrée n'est pas entretenu, nous avons l'impression que les tortues ne savent pas où s'installer !!!!

Chambre ne ressemblant pas à une chambre. Impression de dormir dans le salon. Mais agréble d'avoir de l'espace;

Le descriptif de l hotel ne mentionne pas sa vétusté vu le prix on pourrait sattendre à mieux a éviter ;

Hotel dedciato alle famiglie. Nasecndo da una infrastruttura ipo residence, ha spazi confortevoli.

Il collegamento ad Internet è a pagamento. oggigiorno questo stona con i servizi che un 'hotel dovrebbe offrire "no cost" in auanto il collegamento ad internet l'hotel comunque lo paga e pertanto rientra nella quota di soggiorno per ammortamento delle infrastrutture e servizi. Leggermente scomodo per arrivare in auto. Impianto elettrico fatiscente.

Certaines chambres vieillissent mal. On voit l'usure des équipements (peintures meubles, lits, dessus de lit). Equipement télé catastrophique. Donne une impression vieillotte..

Grande chambre. Vue sur la mer.

Difficile à trouver. Accès malaisé à cause de la route qui n'est pas entretenue (voie privée). L'hôtel, sans âme et les chambres, peu accueillantes, ne donnent pas envie de faire un séjour prolongé malgré la vue sur la mer.

Buona la colazione a buffet e gentile il personale.

Non mi aspettavano per quel giorno ma bensì per quello successivo al mio arrivo, alla fine sono riuscito ad avere lo stesso la camera ma, a mio avviso non sembrava una singola superior ma una doppia con angolo cottura, anche questo non mi sembrava previsto visto che non era un residence.
